Thank you for how you sorted a problem
Sometimes the character of a firm lies in how it handles a problem.
A first time customer, I ordered two pairs of readers. When my order arrived (2 days later) the order was not mine and clearly had been mixed up with another customers.
I wrote a polite but anxious email (half expecting to be ignored or messed around).I got a reply in minutes admitting a mistake, advising me the correct order would be immediately sent along with a paid return label for the return of the incorrect glasses I had received.
And three days later the right order arrived with said label. Other than a few days delay I was made right with good service and good communication.
Gives me confidence in the integrity of the company and will use again.

Great specs
I was looking to replace a really cheap pair of reading glasses I had purchased after recent Cataract removal. The specs I purchased are of extremely good quality and really good value.
