Great bag, better customer service

My wife bought me the every day bag, and I absolutely love it. It is super sturdy, looks awesome, and the size is perfect. I had some issues with the strap, so I reached out to customer service via email, and Rigelle helped me out. Rigelle was great,fast responding, and was super informative. My issue was resolved within a day!

Outstanding Customer Service

I reached out to this company in search of a replacement part for my husband’s favorite bag which was purchased through them. I was assisted by a person named Anne who was very diligent in getting the part that I needed ordered and shipped. She was extremely helpful and kept in constant communication with me. The customer service here was impeccable.

Great Bag and Great Customer Service

I received The Daily bag as a Christmas gift and absolutely love it! After a couple months of light use, the loop that holds in one of the front straps broke. I reached out to their customer service and Anne was incredibly helpful! They sent me a replacement in no time at all.

JUST ANOTHER ONLINE NOT TRUSTED COMPANY. RECEIVED AN WALLET WITH A STRONG ODOR ($84 AND ORIGINAL PRICE WAS $99) WHICH BURNED BOTH OF MY EYES WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO ISSUE A SHIPPING LABEL. I HAD TO WASTE MY TIME, MONEY ($20), AND ENERGY TO SHIP THE USELESS WALLET BACK. IN ADDITION, THE AGENT THREATENED ME TO RETURN THE ITEM BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS, NOT 30 DAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND DEMANDED ME TO CANCEL MY DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL.COM. JUST BUY YOUR WALLET FROM MACY'S OR NORDSTROM. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE STRESS AND AGONY!!!

After multiple emails the service…

After multiple emails the service response was a $5 refund to take my bag to a leather repair shop to repair their bag. Do not spend $300 on this bag. It looks great on the outside but the interior fabrics fray and they do not stand behind their “lifetime” bag.

Fast response to questions.

I had some questions about the availability of their leather backpack and needed a few questions answered about usability. I accidentally wrote the wrong shipping address on my order. I emailed the customer support email and they got back to me within 15 minutes, special shout out to Rigelle for all of your help! Definitely a great experience, looking forward to receiving the product!

Disappointing Quality

Quality of the bag (I bought The Buffalo model) much better in the site's photos than in reality. Overall thin and "crinkly." I've learned from this that a leather bag should only be purchased in person, not online.

Be cautious! They claim the item has shipped and provide a tracking number, but this only means the label was created. The product has not moved in over a week, and there is no way to contact the company except through a contact form. Hopefully, I am wrong, and they will respond to this post so we can turn this 1-star review into a 5-star one. However, based on the reviews I've read below, I remain doubtful.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. For Christmas, I asked my parents for a $300 leather backpack from this company. My mom ordered it. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the quality and wanted to return it. We immediately notified the company and paid for it to be returned to the address they gave us. My mom received a response today that because we sent it back via UPS instead of USPS the company could not process a refund - even though we told them we were sending it back via UPS and we had to pay for shipping back ourselves and we had a tracking number that shows it arrived at their facility. We were shocked by this response. How disappointing and not okay. Order elsewhere.

When we asked which shipping courier you would use to return the bag, it was because our warehouse system requires that the tracking number matches the label we provided. This is necessary to ensure smooth warehouse processing.

You indicated that you would be sending the return via USPS, and we provided you with a USPS label for this purpose. We emphasized the importance of using the specified courier to avoid any issues with your return and refund. However, you submitted a UPS tracking number for your return, which is not compatible with our system.

Typically, we cannot issue refunds for returns with incorrect tracking numbers as our warehouse system is unable to match the records and locate your shipment. However, in this instance, we were, fortunately, able to locate your return and therefore able to approve your refund this time. This was confirmed on January 20th.

Very upsetting

Very upsetting. My son is graduating from college and I am a teacher at our school district. Ordered a leather bag for him for Christmas and what I received after many delays seen via the FEDEX website is a grinch shirt that is supposed to go to a different person and looks like a sam's club order. I have a pic of the info. It looks like someone peeled off the shipping label and put something different. This guy's order is ironically from chino california as well.

Well-Constructed Wallet

Very impressed with the design, functionality, and practicality of this wallet.
As a man who as carried a breast pocket wallet for most of his working career and have adapted as the styles have changed as the years go by, I can say this wallet is in the top three breast pocket wallets I've ever carried.
Wallet rides securely in the breast pocket(s) of my suit jackets and blazers.

It's been weeks and Still have not received

I ordered this for a birthday gift early this month and I am not getting valid answers as to why it hasn't shipped and only a label has been created. I just keep getting the run around. Very upsetting, I'm starling to wonder if this is fraudulent. Very upsetting
