Ordering experience and support from…
Ordering experience and support from Helen via email was great, the vinyls arrived in perfect state and I'm super happy with my purchase. My order got stuck in customs in my country for a couple of weeks, but prior to that, because of the postal service I didn't know the status of my order for over a month, and the customer service at An Post was not helpful at all, again, Helen was super helpful and a star following up and trying to get updates from An Post about the status of the order prior to it getting to my country, that's the only reason is not a 5, but overall I highly recommend, great catalogue and prices.
