Professional, Efficient Service
I was looking for the album Revire by the group Amble for my daughter-in-law for Christmas, who is a big fan and was having a hard time locating it, until I ran across The Record Hub.
I was hoping to get it in time for Christmas since it was coming from Ireland; well, The Record Hub eased my fears on that front. I placed my order on Sunday, December 07, and I received it on the evening of Tuesday, December 9th. I was happy with the speed at which it arrived, and all the updates I received on the tracking were a plus.
I was ordering for the first time, and they offered a discount, but I forgot to add it during the ordering process, so I reached out to you, and Helen contacted me, letting me know that it would be applied.
I couldn't have been happier with the service I was given, and I won't hesitate to reach out again when I need some albums in the future.

I have ordered two records with the Record Hub so far as I was not able to get them in any of the shops and in both cases my experience was very positive. Priced very reasonably, the ordering experience was smooth and products got delivered in good condition within a few days. Good selection of both old and new, popular and relatively rare vinyls across all genres.
