TRC Team Relators are highly…unprofessional

TRC Team Relators are highly unprofessional. Even when workers arrive 15–20 minutes early, they are often told their name is not on the list. When questioned, the staff give no clear explanation and show no accountability. Other times, workers are blamed for arriving early despite being told to attend.

I started my first shift on 21st November, and as of 16th December, I have still not been paid. Communication is poor, and the team’s attitude is aggressive and unhelpful except for Jenna Thompson, who was the only professional and cooperative person.

Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Warrington Warehouse job

I have applied by Indeed. Then TRC contacted by email , so I have filled all info by app. Next they provided with job adress. When I have arrived to the address it looks like they have not been informed about 15 people waiting outside. But I have found the TRC supervisor by security on EVRI Warrington main entrance. She didnt expect that so many people came for Induction. But it was sorted anyway!
