INSTANT CREDIT IS A SCAM, BEWARE
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them. I loved the look of their dresses on the website and am looking for a non traditional wedding dress.
First dress felt like sandpaper and after receiving it the dress I originally wanted became available. So I returned it and accepted their Instant Credit so I could hurry up and order the silk dress.
Well, the silk dress arrived and it was hideous. The seam ran up the front and pattern did not match up. BTW it's also paper thin.
I decided I was done trying with them and returned the dress for a refund.
REFORMATION then informs me once you use your instant credit they will no longer refund your money to the original payment method.
Now I have ordered 2 more dresses because I've given them my entire budget for my wedding dress and they're not good. A size 6 fit me on one dress and then on the next a size 8 I couldn't even zip.

My absolute favourite brand
My absolute favourite brand! I have now ordered from them six times. Outstanding quality and designs. My last order was a size too small. I sent the item back (free returns!) and the money was back in my account within 3 working days! Really cannot fault this business!

OMG it is actually true that this company is not doing a good job! I had the weirdest experience and only then started to research and found all the bad ratings here. I am so glad things ended well in the sense that I got my money back. I ordered with them for more than 1.000€, paid upfront and then- nothing. Waited waited and waited for my order to arrive and eventually they never planned on shipping any items. My order was just cancelled without any reason. Luckily I got my money back, but still it’s super weird and almost seems they build AUM to earn interest on money stored from customers. Since quality seems to be mediocre according to other reviews I am glad it ended this way. Won’t order again.
Horrible customer service
This company definitely has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just wanted to do a simple exchange and it’s impossible. I should have read all the reviews first so I would’ve known not to trust them. I hope this helps someone else to not fall into this trap.
Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company, awful customer service, will NEVER go near them again. They shipped the wrong jeans - clearly not what I ordered. Impossible to reach anyone, finally get a reply but it's auto-generated and they keep asking me to "send a picture" of what I received. Have now done that multiple times, keep getting no response and then when I text to ask where is my resolution, I get the auto email again asking for a photo. Scammers? Incompetent? Whatever it is, avoid this company like the plague.

I returned a dress in mint condition with one needle in the package. Now the claim they cant accept the return. Such a predatory company - I lost hundeds of dollars on a dress that does not fit.

REFORMATION COMMITS CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Please do not order from this company and thoroughly read the reviews if you are considering it. They are essentially committing credit card fraud by not abiding by their own return policies! I returned a bathing suit in perfect condition - all tags in tact, and funny enough, I didn't even try it on because I didn't like the look of it once it arrived - and the audacity they have saying there was "bodily fluids" in it. Absolute lies and totally mortifying. I have never experienced a company outright lying like this. They sent the perfectly new, with tags, pristine condition suit back to me, and now I am working with my credit card company, sending photos and documenting their lies, etc. Also, you are lucky if you even get email responses from them. Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service and just scam artists. I spent thousands of dollars with them annually and will NEVER EVER shop here again. Customer, please beware. Thank god this was only a bathing suit, but if you read the reviews some people have been scammed out of hundreds, even thousands of dollars from this unethical company outright lying about things like this. RUN!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This company should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!! I purchased a top from them and it was way too small, their sizing is way off!!! Not to mention, the quality is AWFUL!!!!!! I immediately mailed the top back for a full refund. I received an email today, stating my returned item has been flagged for not meeting their return guidelines and I being sent back to me! I contact their customer service about this, they send me a photo showing a top with a WHITE STAIN, claiming I put it there! I said, that is a flat out LIE and that many others have stated on TRUSTPILOT.COM for example, they did the same to them to get out of refunding their customers back their money!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Ignored by customer service. Emailed 3 times regarding a non-refunded order returned back to reformation’s warehouse 10 days ago (GE5761554009GB). No reply - abysmal customer service. As a regular customer I won’t be purchasing again and am forced to raise a dispute with my bank, which is a hassle I could do without over a simple issue.

I spend 75% of my shopping budget on Reformation because I love the styles. cut and the customer service. I've never had an issue with returns and refunds, it has always been extremely swift and fuss-free. The only thing I would say is that ever since they sold the company in 2019, I noticed a significant drop in quality of the clothing. I've received a few slightly damaged items, which they eventually gave me a refund without issue. I enjoy shopping on Ref but with inflation worldwide and the rising costs to produce in China, etc, I guess this is somewhat expected. I do think reward loyal customers like me with coupon codes or sales from time to time to assuage the high prices for the average quality of their pieces. The best part of shopping there is the fit of the clothes, but they can definitely improve on their petite range. Most of the time if I had to return an item, it's because it doesn't look right on me and as a result I have to order certain things a few times just to get things right which can be time-consuming and also not the most environmentally friendly with all the air travel. Other than that I have not found any other place that makes me as happy. As cute and affordable as Zara is, the fit of their clothes rarely works on me. :(

BUYERS BEWARE! I bought a swimsuit. I tried it on for 2 minutes and returned it because it was terrible quality and fit. They said that it “didn’t meet their standards for return” and refused to refund me. Once I received the item back, I found that the company removed the sanitary liner from the swimsuit and is claiming I shipped it back without it in place. Absolutely WILD the lengths they have gone to just to keep a few bucks. I will never order from here again, and caution anyone considering purchasing to look elsewhere.

After being unsure about the sizing I reached out to the customer service for measurements of a specific dress. Unfortunately, the ordered dress was too small in the size suggested by the customer service and then sold out in my required size. I returned the dress, got my refund very soon and joined the waitlist. Just in time, a few days after I received my refund, the dress became available again and I placed another order. This time, it fits like a dream and I am very happy with the quality. I suggest sizing up or taking the bigger sizewhen in between sizes on pieces without stretch.

My first and only purchase was a Cressa Dress Navy , $428.00 ..very cute in photo on model and fit well but workmanship was poor . Side seams were unevenly sewn , So they puckered up all along the sides from hip to hem. Fabric was thin and cheap feeling .. too bad , I had to return it .. for that price I expected quality.

The quality for the price is meh. While it is “sustainable” material it’s not comfy, minus the silk pieces. Be very weary of returning items as well. Even if it is within the policy timeline they can make executive decisions to not give you a refund if they claim it looks worn. In my case I tried it on a few times at home trying to make it work with different shoes etc but in the end it was a no go for me but after the return they sent the skirt back to me with no proof of damage of being worn. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund but will most likely have to go to my bank.
Additionally, when I first signed up to receive the first time discount code, I forgot to add the code to my $1200,00 purchase and they refused to give me the discount.
On top of all those annoying customer service grave mistakes they have no phone number to talk it through on the phone, I get they may not have the bandwidth to have a CS number but if you leave your number in an email, someone should call you back.
Do I think their pieces are cute yeah but are they great, nah and it it worth the !!! pain of something goes wrong, nope. Find a different place to shop!
