The company is a scam - no bookings or contact. Incorrect property details despite updating multiple times. Contractual agreement saying money would be refunded if no bookings which has not been adhered to. Unable to contact them for weeks and then sparadic replies saying accounts department will respond - it has now been 3 months since first contact about this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
A great company and did a good job in providing customers I had a property in Belgium and receive ample number of bookings and I registered two years ago. Michael was very polite and give me clear advice regarding my property on their site.

AVOID! Do not be fooled by this company! It is a front end operation with an underlying scam! I paid my rental fees and all seemed well - in fact they were very responsive and I started with very positive feelings....UNTIL 31st DECEMBER 2025. Then 1st January 2026, the phone lines went dead, no support response from emails and my listings all disappeared from the site. I suspect that the listings you see on the site are ALL FALSE! They are slick and have done a runner!
Holiday Rental Hosts - UPDATE! on 20th January (ie one day after my review was published) they wrote to me to say that the work to the site was now completed and that listings were now online - UNTRUE!!!!!!

Very pushy when they want you to advertise. They guarantee results but 2 years later not a single enquiry. The the emails are not that frequent anymore and its quiet. Avoid advertising there. I asked for a refund but I doubt I will get it. Property nr 57148
Edit: 2 months later and still no reaction from the company. Also no promised refund

one year with them,.NO ONE BOOKING...they are a real truffle. I payed for a service but they are unexistent and don't answer to mails more form months...don'r pay nothing with them
we are Glamping il Sole and we are full of bookings..you can check..but NO ONE FORM THEM.so it's not our problem...our glamping is good but they work very bad..impossibile that in one year no one person ask for our glamping from Therentalhive

Amazing experience with The Rental Hive.
I published 4 properties with them, they offered me a great discount to give them a try and It has been 3 Months, I am getting inquiries and as of now I get 3 bookings.
They provide feedbacks to improve the ad and help in every aspects. Their customer support is amazing, Had great experience with Ana and Lisa, they are always available.
I was really unhappy by paying commission but I found a good platform and now I am happily renting my property.
