Again, great service as I have rented a rototiller from therentalshop in the spring. Machine arrived on time and worked flawlessly to till the garden space I have. I had ordered the smaller tiller but was told they were having problems with it and brought me the upgraded larger machine (for the same price) so I could get my job done. I thought that that was very thoughtful of Dave and the rest of therentalshop staff.
Very friendly service, great communication on drop off and pick up. Great response on booking questions. Equipment was first rate. Free delivery was terrific. Would use again as they are the best option out there.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Dave showed up on time, dropping of the directional tamper in my desired spot, showed me out to use it and answered all my questions. Love the free delivery and pickup, one less thing to worry about when doing a project.
From start to finish was excellent! Online site to rent worked well and was hassle free, same with the delivery and pick-up. Dave was superb about communicating and explaining the proper use of the machine as well as super friendly. I will be using their services again and recommend to friends! I had gone out to by a rotortiller and could not find what we needed at the stores so I went on line, to rent a rotortiller, my car is to small to pick up one then I would also have to rent a truck. Well The Rental Shop solved the dilemma. Great customer service to.

Recently had to rent a log splitter for some yard work at home. As big and inconvenient that piece of machinery is, the lovely team at The Rental Shop made it as easy as possible for me. The log splitter was delivered to my door and picked up by the end of the day, free of charge! Was able to use the log splitter the whole day as opposed to having to get it from Home Depot or similar rental places. As for customer service, this team deserves nothing less than a 10/10. All my questions were answered and I was treated respectfully. Rent from here with confidence! Thanks again guys.
