Alan came to French polish our bannister over 2 days. He was totally professional and very nice to have around. The bannister looks incredible; he made repairs that we didn’t even know could be done. An overall amazing job, can’t fault it on any way.

Sarah in the office was very efficient and helpful when discussing the problem and booking an appointment, and technician Paul did a great job with the repair. I would definitely use them again.

I strongly recommend The Repair Team. Paul came to fix various issues on our new build house including dents in the laminate floor, gaps around poorly cut floor tiles and chips in the UPC window frames from when they were installed. He was punctual, personable and professional, doing a great job on all the repairs. Honestly I had no idea some of these things could be fixed, he even painted in the wood grain on the small repairs to laminate floors, really good attention to detail. We’ll certainly use The Repair Team again.

We had the sharp edges of our quartz worktop softened, and a few issues with our wooden floor sorted by The Repair Team. Sarah was really helpful as an initial point of contact, and then Alex came out for a site visit to talk through the repairs. Olly did a great job with the actual repairs - all of the areas look good as new and the quartz worktops are much less sharp with no visible difference to the finish. Would really recommend them as a company, with great service from start to finish

I contacted RepairTeam to fix my SAMSUNG washing machine. They were super efficient, communicative and stuck to timelines agreed with them. I was worried about failing to reach them on a return job, but they were THERE. My machine is working for now and I am a happy Customer!!

My mum had put a vase on her dining table and it left a nasty stain
But they came and collected it and it took longer than they had said as it was a lot worse than they thought but they kept me updated with the progress and never charged anymore the table is now back and it looks amazing thank you so much

From first e-mail and rapid response by Sarah with cost of rectifying a burn mark on work surface followed by date for job to be carried out first class. The lad who carried out the repair did an excellent job too.
