We used The Resort Collection for our honeymoon in the Maldives, and I can honestly say it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience made even more special thanks to The Resort Collection—particularly Florian, who handled our booking from start to finish.

We stayed at Niyama Private Islands for 6 nights, splitting our time between 3 nights in an overwater villa and 3 nights in a beach villa. The balance was absolutely perfect, giving us the best of both worlds—waking up to the ocean beneath us and then enjoying the privacy and beauty of the beachfront setting.

From the very beginning, Florian was exceptional. He welcomed every question and request we had with patience and genuine enthusiasm, making the whole planning process feel effortless and exciting rather than overwhelming. What really stood out was how he tailored the entire trip specifically to us—this didn’t feel like a standard package, it felt carefully designed around what we wanted our honeymoon to be.

Florian went above and beyond at every stage. He even contacted the manager at Niyama Private Islands directly to reassure us regarding the incredible price he secured. That level of personal effort and transparency gave us complete confidence that we were in safe hands.

The Resorts collection are amazing, not only do they get you incredible deals and rates but we also had an emergency booking and they secured us the best villa in Soneva Jani at 2:40am when we had to leave the airport at 3:00am. They worked tirelessly with a difficult brief and at all hours of the night. I can’t recommend them more. Every time I book the Maldives it is through Flo and Lucinda.

Their knowledge of each island, their high standards and straight up honest approach insures you will get exactly what you are looking for at a great price. Don’t book with ANYONE else. Also request Flo’s voice notes on each island you are considering - they are the best :)

If you're considering going to the Maldives, The Resorts Collection is definitely the best agency to work with. In particular, Florian had infinite patience speaking with me about all the various resorts. It is obvious that he loves the Maldives and has extensive knowledge about all the high end resorts there. We were particular about going during manta season to Ba'a Atoll and having easy access to a high quality house reef. Florian talked with me at length about his snorkeling and diving experiences and even shared with me a magical video of his dive with an amazing group of mantas. Despite the time difference, he was extremely responsive and proactive at all times. Communication couldn't have been easier and we felt very well looked after. Since they are based in Dubai, they can provide great insights beyond the Maldives as well if you're traveling through the UAE. Their pricing is uber competitive and they provide a comfortable and luxurious bespoke experience for your entire trip. We had an excellent experience with Florian at The Resorts Collection organizing our four day getaway to the Maldives. From the very start, Florian made himself readily available for all sorts of questions despite the time difference.

His advice on resorts and islands showed intimate, first hand knowledge of the destination, and made it easy to choose with confidence. Their website is genuinely useful, with clear resort overviews and reviews that helped us understand the feel of each option before committing. What really stood out was how well he understood our travel constraints and tailored the recommendations accordingly. The hotel he suggested was perfect for us and the whole trip ran smoothly.

He also checked in consistently throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any support, which made the experience feel effortless.

Got some quotes to us super quick, better prices than we found online, gave us some excellent tips and advice. Once paid we got our confirmation from the hotel through quick and they sorted out reservations for us as well. Cant recommend them highly enough!!!

For anyone thinking about a holiday in the Maldives, one of the challenges is that there are a huge number of destination/resort options that at first can appear very similar, yet prices vary enormously between resorts. We are frequent travellers and usually make our own arrangements but such was the choice of resorts I reached out to Florian at The Resorts Collection for some guidance and advice.

The quality and details they provided was first class and gave us some great advice and recommendations as to what would fit our requirements. The speed of their response is amazing and personalised. A great example; one recommended resort was all inclusive and they even sent us menus and wine lists to give a great indication of the quality of wines on offer.

Once we had decided upon the resort, the deal that Florian was able to provide was significantly better than going direct to the resort.

I had come across The Resorts Collection from their Instagram/Tik Tok posts so initially I was a little cautious over booking through them rather than my usual booking direct, especially as the amount was not an insignificant sum of money. Again Florian was great and quick to provide me with key references e.g. Four Seasons contacts who would happily verify they were a genuine business and directed a lot of business with our chosen resort.

Upon arrival, during the stay and post stay, Florian checked in with us to ensure everything was ok and showed a genuine desire to ensure we were happy.

I have been really impressed with the level of service we received and would definitely recommend The Resorts Collection for anyone travelling to the Maldives. They clearly know a lot about the region and resorts, give great advice, clearly care that you have a great holiday and even get better pricing than booking direct.

This was our first time to the Maldives, we loved it and will go there again and I would certainly use The Resort Collection and Florian again.
