Thermal Heating Solutions, Cardiff
Thermal Heating Solutions managed and installed a Council-funded first-time central heating and hot water system into our home.
Jason and his team carried out a very professional installation. Dan visited us to complete a survey, he listened to our requirements and always called back to answer questions over the phone.
On the day of the installation the team took the time to ensure that radiator placement was suitable, and the work, including all the soldering, was carried out to a very high standard.
Before they left, Dan met with me to ensure all was complete, and he patiently explained the operation and maintenance of the new combi-boiler.
Throughout the process Jason was always available to answer questions and discuss the project, and he worked hard to ensure the success of the new heating system.
I would like to thank Jason, Dan and the team and I highly recommend Thermal Heating Solutions to anyone considering improving or upgrading their heating system.
I have recently had a brand new boiler installed. I can not thank this company enough, Extremely professional. I went from having a cold home run on electric heating which was very expensive to have a new gas boiler. This is not only saving me money but I have a warm cozy home.
The whole process was super easy, the staff was so helpful from arranging appointments to helping me apply for my grant funding. I was kept updated with the whole process. I can not believe the saving on my energy bills, they offer a free survey so just give them a call.
The whole team from survey through to install for the heating to Kane, Jacob, and Jason that installed the boiler all in two days has completely transformed my home.
Thank you
