Fraud people

Fraud people, they provide quote with warranty and later deny and leave issues deliberately so that they get more money.

Very unprofessional service.

Owner is Zak de Souza. He states that this is a family business that has been operating for many years. After search on companies house it launched in Oct 24 so about 2 months when I wrote this.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I booked his company via Checkatrade for resealing all windows and doors. First impression is he answers quickly so booked him for quote. He didn't turn up on first date but arrived another day. That was my first warning which I stupidly ignored.
He gave me quote and I booked him to start job. He changed day from Thursday to Friday. That wasn't so bad.
He turned up Friday evening and left at 8.30. He had a colleague with him. It was bitterly cold and dark so never had chance to review his work at the time. He also stated not to open doors to let the seals have time to settle. He gets you to digitally sign to say he has carried out work. Within an hour, he was chasing for payment and chased several times within next 24 hours before I was able
to make payment. Before I made payment, he confirmed that don't worry as its all guaranteed and any problems he would resolve. After a few days, I then started opening all doors and windows and several of seals were all hanging off and all 3 doors could not shut properly without using lock
I also noticed drafts were actually worse than before. I then tried reaching out to him and he always had another excuse as to why he couldn't attend when he had said he would. Eventually, I told him no more excuses and he agreed to turn up on Saturday morning. At the time he was meant to turn up, he blocked his account so I couldn't reach out to him. He has also ignored all my calls.
