Bought a heated gilet from them. Took about a month to come and was broken when it arrived. They've since stopped responding to my emails hence the bad review. More like thermo hell

Don't even bother, they will insult you if you dare to return.

Their website looks great so I Ordered on 5th December for a Christmas present. It took about 2 weeks to arrive which I thought was odd at first by their customer service was responsive and kept me updated on the whereabouts of the parcel. Unfortunately the product was poor quality and didn’t work at all when it came.

I have looked to return the items hopefully I will get my money back as per their returns policy but looking at the reviews here this doesn’t inspire me with confidence.

Don’t bother ordering from this site, no confirmation email, no response from their customer service, trying to get my money back but don’t see it happening

Order arrived ok. But if you need to return the item it is a bit worrying I am abit concerned will I get my money back. I’ve been trying to contact them now for a week. I’ve phoned, emailed and texted. Just hope they respond. If they do respond and I get my money back on return. Then I will be ok. I’m hoping they may pick this up.

There are very many suppliers of heated gilets. I spent a number of hours going through loads of sites and their revues. Generally, reviews are pretty bad for all suppliers. The main issues on all the sites were quality, size and durability. The one thing I noticed on the Thermoheaven site was their no quibble return. They are definitely not the cheapest but that wasn't an issue for me. Also, they make it very clear that the gilets are NOT supplied with a battery pack. They also make it very clear that the sizes are small, so they provide a table of sizes they recommend. I decided to purchase a gilet for myself and one for my wife. There were 2 styles to choose from and I decided to order the one with a hood and my wife decided on the cheaper style without the hood. I ordered a large (normally a medium) and my wife ordered a medium (normally small). They arrived within the time promised. My wife's fitted perfectly but mine was too small (strangely my wife's fitted me). I contacted thermoheaven (by email) who responded almost immediately. They apologised and said they would send a size 2XL. They also said not to return the gilet yet. The replacement gilet was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the warehouse guys mistakenly sent a 5XL. Again, advised not to return the gilets yet. The 2XL was received very quickly and fitted perfectly. I accept that problems arise when Internet shopping. I was "blown away" by the customer service I received. Thermoheaven finally asked us to return the gilets and refunded the money very quickly. I purchased the gilets to play winter golf and they are perfect. We have also discovered that, rather than turning on the central heating in the house, wearing the jacket saves a fortune. The quality of the gilets is good and I often use mine without the battery pack.

I ordered a gilet in October and still not received the item! They keep fobbing me off with nonsense excuses!

I placed an order on the 6th December it arrived 30 th December.was supposed to be a Christmas present.I then had to order a similar one a few days before Xmas on Amazon.And it’s the same gilet but half the price.so I tried contacting them a few times now and I haven’t had a response .I am trying to send this item back .very back customer service .I wouldn’t recommend this website .

The website looked good, and I ordered a heated gilet, but my concerns were raised when the product was shipped directly from China, rather than a UK warehouse. This meant it took a lot longer than I expected to arrive, which in itself wasn't a problem.

However, when the product arrived, the quality was nowhere near what the price would suggest. Threads were hanging from the stitches, the fabric was of the cheapest quality and the zip feels like it would fall apart after a week of use. There's no mention of "Thermo Heaven" on the product. I've since looked up similar products on Ali express and found the same thing for about £15 instead of the £60 I paid.

To their credit (and rescuing the review from a 1 star), the customer service from Emily was prompt. I initially asked for a return and they offered for me to keep it and refund 75% of what I paid. I think that's probably indicative of the true value of the item! I pointed out that I was entitled to a full refund and got one with no further hassle, and they did let me keep the product, not that I really want it.

It's speculation, but I suspect that once my £60 order is placed, Emily places a £15 order on alibaba with my address for delivery and just forwards the tracking number.

TLDR; the customer service was okay, but the actual product was garbage, hence the low rating.

I’ve tried to contact these guys for weeks now and no one has got back to me! They sent me a gilet without the battery to the heated gilet!

Emily was such a help. I really did not want to return the item but item was quite small for me. She kept up to date all the way with me. Emily is an inspiration to your company. Sorry I had to return.

I ordered a heated gilet for my dad in XL (His usual size) but it did not zip up. Emily was incredibly helpful and recommended sizing up to 3XL just in case, which fits perfectly and he is very pleased with. Fantastic customer service all round.
