Warner Hanscombe is a very nice person

Warner Hanscombe is a very nice person. He installed a new boiler and water bump for us. Warner gave a reasonable quote (fair price) up front. He was very polite and professional throughout and always on time. He took time to diagonise the problem we had with our heating system and worked with us to arrive at a solution (i.e. replacing water bump, flushing the system, and replacing boiler). I am very happy with the service provided by Warner because it has been 6 months, and the central heating system works fine so far. There is a huge difference between now and our last winter.

Brilliant Warner

Brilliant Warner, organised in advance so as to social distance. Masked and gloved. Fixed the heating/hot water quickly and very reasonably priced. Can't thank him enough.

Couldn't ask for a better service

Warner arrived spot on time as agreed and the job was done cleanly and efficiently. I had every confidence that the boiler was safe for another year as everything was explained so I could understand what had been done and why.
The paperwork was updated to ensure that the guarantee remained in force, and I fully intend to get Warner to do next year's service too.
