We love their coffee and have started a subscription, all going well so far, can recommend drake coffee!

Coffee not shipped and numerous attempts to contact and not a single response to email, phone or WhatsApp. Zero customer service and If I could give no stars then I would. Avoid this company.

We loved the coffee at ‘Josies’ and discovered it was the Roasting Party.
We bought a bean to cup machine and and started a subscription for the Hokey Pokey blend. Waking up to this coffee everyday is a real treat.
The subscription is easy and delivery is always on time. Via the Royal Mail.
I’ve paused the subscription a couple of times, when we are away. I can’t recommend the Roasting party enough!

Love their coffee. For years l was loyal to monmouth coffee, but they did not have my favorites anymore, so by chance stumbled on Roasting Party in Slone square and they mixes - especially Honey Poke and Drake, ordered my second kilo already

I've been a customer for many years. Let's say early on in the review that the coffee here is the best I've found anywhere and I'm a huge fan.

Their single origin blends are always amazing, and the regular blends ensure that they keep you hooked, such is the high quality. I'm not gonna talk about 'mouthfeel', this ain't a podcast and I'll end up needing to kick myself in the nuts.

What's makes The Roasting Party a GENUINE 5 STARS is the people. Great bunch of normal down to earth people that offer great coffee and great short educational videos where I always learn something cool.

Hate signing up to marketing lists? All communication is done just enough, and written how I like to hear it, usually with a discount code so get involved.

Physically walking in to the premises, everyone is welcoming and just... Well, Great. Nicky a particular highlight, I always love to stop and chat. She's never too busy for a customer!!

Keep being amazing you guys... A heart felt thank you for these years of amazing coffee beans.

Certainly one of the best coffee roasters in the UK... and I've tried many!

I liked their coffee but they made a mess of things when I tried to cancel my subscription with them. I emailed them to cancel an order which I did not want (and had just been charged for on that same day), and they wrote back confirming that it would be cancelled and refunded (from "Charlotte"). I also tried cancelling on their website but it's not very well made as my subscription has a mix of statuses: Cancelled, Refunded and Processing.

A month later, and not only was there no refund, I was charged for yet ANOTHER month's subcription!!! So I emailed again. No reply. Finally today (3 weeks after my second email to cancel), I do actually get a refund, but only for 1 of the 2 orders that were cancelled (I never got any coffee but they still took my money).

So if you want to use them, avoid their subscription.

Since I’ve start working in the area, I’m having coffee couple days per week. It’s an amazing team, very friendly and they are doing great coffee, perfect service and I’ll become a regular customer. Bless and respect all that beautiful team. Keep it up! 🌞🙌🏼🙏
