Ordered an item from this company that I have not received, I have emailed them so many times with no replies. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMERS.

Do not buy from this company. Advertised one product but then delivered a much cheaper alternative.

While I had no confidence that they would offer refund, they did at least do that. But I am still down the cost of postage

Late delivery cheap product in damaged packaging. I can see everyone is saying the same so its my fault for not reading reviews first. I have emailed them for a returns label but i am not feeling confident after reading the comments.

Ordered arthritis gloves 24th Nov. on SHOP, to try and teack no luCk.They say guaranteed one day shopping. 4th Dec. Still no sign of them two emails sent, one reply glossing over none delivery.
Give them a wide birth, honestly now think they are never going to supply.BEWARE

Product never received no contact after chasing them. Reported to trading standards and chasing my bank for a refund

Do not buy from this company they do not send the goods or communicate back with you! The registered address is a house in London. They are not a legal company. SCAM

From the outset everything has been wrong. I received no confirmation of my order and despite it being advertised as free 2 day delivery it arrived very very late after having to email them several times. I asked for a refund but they still sent an item but not what I ordered and paid for. I ordered a 144 piece indoor fort building kit and received a 120 piece one which is nothing like what I ordered. I have just asked for a refund and will be reporting this company.

This company is disgusting. They lie on the delivery date, and won't refund the money upon undelivered goods. Definitely scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Big regret on not checking them out before purchasing. I still have no item 1 month later and neither a refund. They are blaming Christmas but is all BS as I've ordered mid November and the item was meant to be dispatched within 2-3 working days. They have legit been steeling my money and won't refound. Disgusted and angry doesn't even cover how I feel about this scam company.

They say 3-5 days delivery 10days and waiting they don’t reply to emails 3 sent seems like a scam company!

I placed an order with this company on 1/11/2024 and still haven’t received it, I’ve asked for a refund but they say it’s in transit and therefore give me a refund,I won’t make the same mistake again.

Wish I'd seen these before I foolishly placed an order with this company. Item received was not that advertised and was cheap Chinese rubbish. Complained twice but got the same Bot response twice. Further online searches found the cheap item they sent me at a third of the price. All my fault of course for not doing due diligence with this company. JUST DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had read all these reviews of Theroflex before I ordered my knee supports, (£16 each). I ordered 2 x knee supports (6th Sept) which arrived within a few days. However, they were a bit tight, so I followed their returns system and posted them to the Luton address requesting replacements in a larger size. After first saying they did not have the goods, they then found them. Nine days later they were still looking for my parcel, despite me sending them the Proof of Delivery. After another week they said they had found them but that one of the knee supports was ‘damaged’ and they could not replace or refund this item. I disputed this as I only tried one of them on for 10 seconds. Besides, the POD showed they had the goods for 16 days before reporting to me they were ‘damaged’. This is entirely unsatisfactory as they ask you to report any damage within 24 hours. This company operates out of a private house. Long story short, after many further emails (they take 1-2 weeks each time to reply to you) and no replacements, I spoke to Citizens Advice Bureau who said they would pass the info to Trading Standards. Finally, as I was getting nowhere with Theroflex, I asked them to send the ‘damaged’ one back to me plus the replacement, which they said they would do. It took 2 more weeks for them to send the replacement and a further 2 weeks before I got the so called ‘damaged’ one back. The so called ‘damage’ was infinitesimal, you need a magnifying glass to see it, the size of a full stop. They say they guarantee 100% satisfaction, but you do not get this. The most annoying thing was that by this time, after nearly three months, I had looked again on the internet and had ordered the exact same knee supports from Temu for £3.77 for a pair!!!

I purchased an Led Face Mask £89.99 ( it was a birthday gift for my daughter) it advertised next day delivery, it came a week later I was not keen on the quality of the mask so returned it via post office tracked and signed for and received a full refund within 10 days
Which was a relief after reading all the reviews!

The product I ordered (a hair styler) did not work and so I asked for a refund. They advised a returns process via email but took over a week to reply then once they received the item they said it was not faulty and as it was now outside 30 days they will not issue a refund.
So they kept the product and the money, I will be raising a dispute via my bank and making a complaint. Don't use this company.

Disgusting company stay away from them do not order anything

I wish I’d read reviews first too. My knee brace arrived today after nearly 3 weeks and I suspect only because I’d resorted to emailing the company every day. They direct you to a tracking app, which doesn’t work as they don’t send you a tracking reference. The only response I ever received was about my “refund request” when all I wanted was an update on delivery.

I don’t know if the item will be any good, but if it isn’t, there’s no chance of me being able to return it.

Wish I'd read reviews before placing my order for knee brace. Everything appeared above board with emails saying order received, processed, despatched and even delivered. Not true.
Have sent three enquiries and heard nothing. Appears to be a scam company and should be avoided at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I WASTED £15 on the most terrible item THEY IGNORE ANY TYPE OF CONTACT I AM GOING TO CONTACT MY BANK TO PUT THEM ON THE BLACKLIST SO IF ANYONE TRYS TO ORRDER FROM THE COMPANY THE BANK WILL BLOCK PAYMENTS TO THEM
ALSO I PAID THROUGH “SHOP PAY”. THEY ARE JUST AS BAD THEY MAKE IT SO HARD TO GET ANYWHERE
