Worst Living Experience in my entire life!!!! I decided to move into these apartments because of the rating at the time..but now i've come to realize they are all paid fake ratings. Not only is this place extremely unprofessional but they also break the law by entering your unit without consent or notice, I have the video to prove it! I reached out to resident services after I noticed someone was coming in and out of my apartment...They denied the entire incident and stated nobody had came into my apartment. Later I come to find out that the person I had in the footage, was one of the employees in the leasing office! In the footage I saw them ransacking my apartment as if they were looking for something and even being aggressive with my dog and seeing them KICK, PUNCH , AND THROW MY PRECIOUS ELDERLY DOG!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE EVIL AND I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES!!Besides this major safety issue, throughout my entire year of living here all the amenities they promised were never actually open for residents and every time I would ask about it they would always say they will be ready in 60 days...Also the retail stores that were promised were never opened, later I found out that the businesses were consistently pulling out due to fraudulent activity! Residents are also very prejudiced and I had encountered an aggressive situation while my kids were present!!! If you want to protect your beloved pets, family, and mental state... STAY AWAY FROM THE ROW or any Greystar apartment for that matter because they will do nothing about complaints!
