A huge selection of rugs. Not the first time I have bought from them and I will continue to do so. I found exactly what I was looking for, you can speak to someone who was really helpful and my orders were delivered to the west coast of Scotland in 48 hours.

Why can't all companies be like this?

I recently bought a beautiful traditional wool rug from this company. It was on sale, saving £300.
The rug looks exactly as advertised and it is beautiful. The delivery was quick and seamless.
I was so satisfied that I am about to buy another rug from them.

Great customer service when there was a delay due to issue at the courier facility, kept me updated and even re checked when the rug had shown as being delivered. Lovely rug too, excellent quality

Delivery was on time despite ordering during the Christmas rush. The rugs were well packaged in thick plastic bags with several desiccant bags included and the ends well protected. The packaging was not excessive. I ordered two Carter Red Rugs and very pleased with the quality. Lovely thick pile and they came with care instructions and what to do before laying them down.

The rugs warehouse supplied us a runner type rug that had a slight bend to it which was accentuated in our long narrow hallway. They managed to find a suitable, if slightly larger, replacement and shipped it to us within a week. The new runner is perfect. There was no additional charge for the replacement and it was all sorted within a week. Exceptional service and a beautiful product.

The Rugs Warehouse team responded promptly to my initial online questions and were helpful and spent time with me when I visited the showroom. They communicated well with updates after I ordered my rug and then arranged a delivery slot that worked for me. And I love my new rug! I definitely recommend them.

Great choice of rugs.I finally chose the Montana.Delivery was very quick,the rug was well packaged.Unfortunatley it wasn't quite right for me.The return process and courier collection was straightforward.I recieved my refund within a few days.All in all I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again.

I ordered 2 made to measure rugs, through no fault of rugs warehouse the was a delay in delivery. However the customer service was exemplary. I was kept up to date with what was happening and then a special delivery was organised when the rugs cleared customs. I now have my rugs which I delighted with

My new hall runner is really lovely and good value for money. I love it. When I opened the package and unrolled the carpet, it was better in reality than in the web site photos and description. I ordered a rug online from The rug warehouse and was delighted with prompt delivery. Unfortunately I had ordered the incorrect colour for my room. I contacted them requesting a change and they very kindly sent me images of colour samples so I could decide whether to return or exchange. The sample they showed me was perfect so I exchanged. The process was simple and within a few days my new rug had arrived and the first rug taken back. To say it was online, the service felt very personal and helpful. The delivery driver was very pleasant and cheerful too. I now love my new rug and would definitely recommend this company.

The warehouse has a great range of rugs to choose from. It was very hard to choose! The service was very friendly, and helpful in making the decision. It also included free delivery, as we live nearby. We really love our new rug.

I absolutely love these, they have transformed my living room and bedroom, super quality and feel so luxurious and comfortable under my feet. So far I have ordered 2 in Pink and 1 in Champagne.
