The Mace Windu saber is absolutely gorgeous, it looks fantastic, is loud, if one wants loud, it is colorful, if one wants colorful.

It came in well packaged and safe and way faster than expected.

The customer service was quick and helpful and guided me wonderfully during my setup process.

The site was easy to navigate and I love the selections I found. The purchase was simple and straight forward with no pile on sales pop ups. I contacted them about two days after the purchase as I wanted to find out about an add on and Kevin got back to me right away with options and made things smooth and easy. My items actually arrive way earlier than I expected and that was a welcome surprise. The sabers I ordered are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I did have a follow up about loaded sound fonts and again Kevin replied back right away with the answers I was looking for. I’ve got my eye on a couple more sabers and The Saber Factory will continue to have my business.

The saber is great and everything I expected. At delivery I had to pay additional money though (something about handling and taxes), raising the total price of the order about 10%. Would have been good to know that beforehand.

very good quality, and i recieved my package quite fast so i am very happy.

We got the sabers delivered on time and they were of great quality. We've been using them for organized play-fighting with children. It's noisy and sometimes chaotic, but the sabers have been fine. We expect to be able to use them for many months and years.

The contact worked with me on a piece my granddaughter lost for her lightsaber. He requested pictures and identified the missing piece. Mailed to us right away and she was so happy!!

A good product for the price. You are not buying the best ever, but for the price and quality you can't complain.

Great products, and very helpful staff when I had a question.

Love the feel of the products and the features through the app. Communications was great on they order and status. Two things that caused loss of a star; recommend 3 hex screws, minimum, to hold the blade in hilt and, it would be nice if the charge port would use a USB C.

Only saber company I will ever use! Was accidentally sent two mirrors from a different section of the warehouse instead of my two lightsabers. After an investigation on his end (took less than a day!) the lightsabers were issued to me and I was sent a return label for the mirrors. They arrived after some time (the California fires caused the delay not there fault) and work perfectly, will definitely be buying more in the future!
