Very bad customer service, would not buy again.

Wouldn't ride using anything else after discovering Equitex. Cannot recommend them enough!

I was recommended this very expensive pad by a leading dressage yard. I used it once and then put it away (under my saddle) for four days on a normal saddle rack. When I went to use it again the foam had indented and ridged from the rack (ie no longer smooth). There was no warning anywhere not to put it away under one's saddle. I thought it might smooth out if I rode on it a second time, but it did not. I rung and emailed the business asking for an exchange. They refused and then ghosted me. I also bought a LeMieux one (much cheaper). No problems with that.

Very disappointed with the equitex pad. Its so thick that it causes the saddle to bounce and move. No area on the website to leave feedback or return if unsattisfied. Used only a few times. What a waste of money !

Awful customer service. Quite happy to take your money and promote their pads and customer service until there’s a problem even for a loyal customer.
I have several of these and, as I am very pleased with their performance, I recently bought another one as a spare.
Unfortunately at its first wash the metal tag became loose and caught the other side of the pad tearing it and causing significant damage.
Equitex have refused to replace it and deny this is a defective pad despite the picture evidence.
Tried to blame the washing machine at first. As the same machine used to wash my other equitex pads before and since with no problem that clearly wasn’t true. When I explained that they tried the “freak accident” and have now ghosted me.
The pads are fine but if you get a faulty one, you won’t get a replacement or your money back.
Avoid this company. Over £200 pounds down the drain.

I bought the Riding Pad from Equitex. Delivery was good, and pad is very comfortable, but unfortunately it is not fit for purpose as it slips, even when the girth is tight. Customer service has been awful trying to get a refund for this, as they claim it is not guaranteed non slip even though it explicitly says so in the product description. They have since acknowledged this mistake saying “Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will remove this statement” but are still refusing to refund if I send the pad back. Not at all happy and will not be purchasing from them again.

I bought one at Windsor horse show thinking wow this is expensive but it is worth every penny it is the best thing ever since love it and my horse does too - so comfortable does not move and no straps no hairs etc it’s really brilliant and worth every penny’s

Great item, did keep my saddle in place for the first time ever! Have also just washed it for the first time and it has come up like new. Great customer service and a prompt delivery as well

Fabulous service, quick delivery and, to top it off, the saddle pad has stopped my saddle slipping! From the first use my horse was more relaxed and stretching over his back. We couldn’t believe it, so we’ve since bought another!
