Listen I'm so excited to start building! The Salon Suite Model by Patrice “Sway” McKinney gave me a completely different perspective on what it means to build a salon suite business. What I appreciated most was that the information went beyond simply finding a space and renting out suites—it opened my eyes to the business, financial, operational, and strategic side of becoming a salon suite owner.

What stood out to me most was the mindset shift. This isn't just about owning a salon; it's about learning how to think like a business owner and create an asset that can generate income beyond simply working behind the chair.

Overall, I found The Salon Suite Model informative, motivating, and eye-opening. It gave me a much clearer picture of both the opportunity and the knowledge that comes with entering this type of business.

This was very insightful; my wife and I are always thinking of ways to make income while asleep. Sway did an amazing job at breaking each step down in very lay terms. What I loved the most was the honesty regarding what works and what doesn't. Not just giving blanket advice and recommendations because its easy or what we would want to hear. The icing on the top was all the motivational input in the presentation sometimes that's all we need to hear that we can do this and we will do this! Looking forward to more growth and more money!

Sway’s webinar was honestly one of those trainings where you walk away feeling like you actually learned something. She didn’t just talk about owning salon suites or show the glamorous side of it — she really broke down the business behind it, the mindset it takes, and the things you need to be thinking about if you want to build something that’s actually profitable and sustainable.

What I appreciated most was how transparent she was about her journey. She talked about her wins and what has worked for her, but she was just as open about her losses, mistakes, and the lessons she had to learn along the way. I feel like that part is so important because a lot of people will tell you how successful they are without telling you what it actually took to get there. Sway gave us both sides, and I respected that.

Nothing felt gatekept or overly complicated either. You could tell the information came from her actually doing this in real life and experiencing the ups AND downs of the business, not just teaching something she read somewhere. I was taking notes the entire time because she dropped so many gems and brought up things I honestly wouldn’t have even thought about when it comes to salon suite ownership.

I came into the webinar interested, but I left feeling like this is something I could actually see myself doing with the right knowledge and guidance. More than anything, she made me want to learn the BUSINESS, not just chase the idea of owning salon suites.

Sway definitely knows her stuff, and the way she teaches makes you want to keep learning from her. If the webinar was just a glimpse of what she gives in her actual class, I already know being in that room would be worth it. I’m definitely hoping I get the opportunity!
