One of three items incorrect in my order. Have tried to email them to try to get the incorrect item issue resolved but no reply. Quality of other items excellent - dry wors very good. Delivery was also very fast. But customer service response is nonexistent. I am out of pocket - can’t use the incorrect item in case they want it returned (which they will have to pay for!) but I have to hear from them first, so it’s taking up space in my kitchen.

They never answer the phone or respond to voice mails or text messages. Basically you can't get hold of them and don't believe the "next day delivery" promise. It is not true. There are better SA outlets out there. Support good customer service, not a place that simply doesn't care

Failed to complete my order, did not deliver my Beacon Hens Eggs.

Ive tried to call them multiple times, they never answer.

The initially acknowledged they were out of stock over email, but heard nothing from them since.

Scammed. There are better alternatives that actually send the products and answer the phone.

Failed to include the boerewors I ordered. Informed them and they say they will correct it but fail to do so, send follow up email, which they ignore.

This company seems to be a scam. I placed an order which they did not fulfil. They then asked me for my banking details for a refund and I still have not received anything over a month later. Hopefully they have not attempted to commit fraud using my banking details.
