The Sauna Solution team was very helpful and professional through the whole process. We had a few issues to deal with (missing parts and a need to replace a malfunctioning board) and the Sauna Solutions team was helpful and professional dealing with all the issues.

I purchased the SaunaLife Model CL5G about a month ago and intentionally waited before writing a review so I could fully experience the product.

From the very beginning, the sales team at The Sauna Solution was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the right sauna for my backyard. They also assisted with choosing the appropriate heater, and I was impressed by their product availability and attention to detail. Their recommendations made the entire decision process much easier.

The delivery took approximately six weeks, which was within expectations. When the sauna arrived, I was very impressed with the packaging—it was extremely well done, secure, and professional. Everything was intact, with no missing or damaged parts.

Assembly was straightforward. My handyman was able to complete the installation in about eight hours, and once the electrical work was finished, the sauna was ready for use immediately. The setup process was smooth, and the quality of the materials was evident throughout.

After using the sauna, I can confidently say that it is a high-quality product that delivers exactly what was promised. The craftsmanship, performance, and overall experience have exceeded my expectations.
