I've been a huge fan of their instagram page and I decided to order a T-shirt just to see if they are reliable, their shipping service is faster than I thought and they also send me a gift with t-shirt, thank you guys!
Ordered a pair of shoes, which were shipped in bubble wrap and a black plastic shipping bag. The biggest issue is the customer service. I asked to cancel the order right after placing it, which the customer service representative said was okay, then a few days later after I asked for an update stated it was too late as the order had been shipped, and I could just return it for my refund. Upon receiving the item, I emailed customer support over 10 times before I received a response, in the course of a week. It then took another two-three days to receive the packing label to return the items.
It has been two weeks since my return was delivered and I haven't been refunded, and I have emailed three times with no reponse at all. Don't order from this business. Terrible service.
