The products from this company are nothing but outstanding. The variety of scents they have to offer are all beautiful. The wax melts are to die for, the scent throw they have managed to achieve is magical. It fills my whole house, my neighbours can even smell them with the windows open.Communication is fantastic, with even the smallest question. Orders always arrive in a timely fashion and presented beautifully. I've used this company from the beginning and wouldnt purchase my wax melts from anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I joined this company beginning of Feb and things seemed positive. Although there was a lot of little glitches we chalked it up to being new. Over time the cracks be came larger and more and more was wrong with orders. People missing items, orders being sent to the wrong people. I personally had a customer order from the 20th of March - when it hadn't arrived but 10th April my customer started getting worried. I sent daily emails which were ignored. Resorted to sending Facebook messages which were also ignored. Finally my customer commented on their Facebook page and I got a reply. In the meantime owner block me on messenger despite never replying to my emails. The last straw for me was when the website was closed with no warning so the prices could increase, we were told we could email in our customer orders already placed - unfortunately this order has never been invoiced so I was left with disappointed customers who were due refunds. On the whole I have found the company quite unprofessional to deal with, if you disagree with anything or have any issues don't expect a solution quickly!

OMG these are the best wax melts I have ever tried, when I first looked at them I thought umm a little expensive for me but when I looked around for similar ones based on the soy wax they use they are not as expensive at all and they last so much longer than the cheaper ones which means they compare greatly in price and smell divine even when burner not lit will not be looking anywhere else for my wax melts I tell everyone that comes to my home where I get my wax melts from. Ordered, made and received within 10 days fantastic.

As an avid supporter of small businesses, I have been delighted with the purchases I have made so far. They certainly trump any others that I have tried. The candles are incredible with a cold throw scent as well as a hot throw scent. Always delivered quickly. The owners have always been very polite and accommodating, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others, and will certainly be purchasing more.

I’m honestly so overwhelmed by these wax melts & Bath bombs- I can honestly say these are the best by far!!

The bath bombs are absolute incredible, just so different from the rest. With the crystals inside- makes it more exciting when you purchase them🥰

Absolutely shocking company based on lies! My customer placed an order with me and it took nearly 8 weeks to be resolved after many lies and false promises.. absolutely keep clear and do not purchase anything from them as your order will either not arrive or items will be missing… lack of communication from those who need to reply.. quite happy to take the orders but run and hide when there’s a problem and don’t reply to emails/messages

Such a shame as this company make amazing products but business wise they have no clue! I have endless screen shots from lies told that parcels sent (when they haven’t been) numerous orders taking up to 2-3 months to arrive, refunds not made, accusations of lies been made by me to cover their backs (eventually got an apology from the ‘marketing manager’ for this but still awaiting for one off the CEO who was so rude to me & tried to blame me for their fails! Luckily I always keep conversations, screen shots etc to out them of underhand tactics, such a shame as could have been an amazing business to work with but they talk the talk to get you in then can’t keep up with demand so just Chuck people to the side!! Stay clear!

I have tried so so many different wax melts , candles and diffusers over the past few years and honestly these ones are my utter favourite!!

I am in absolute awe of the owners too they are kind , considerate , kept you updated and they make sure that everyone’s opinions are respected and make you feel heard!!

Orders arriving incomplete, with no explanation as to why, unless you chase it yourself, you’re then told it’s getting rectified, the ‘incomplete’ order arrives once again.
It’s a MEGA mess of a company they have no idea what they’re doing 🤦‍♀️
3 times this has happened to me personally so I will never order again.
This company needs looking into big time.

After placing an order in February, I was left waiting 7 weeks to receive my parcel. I tried to email the company with the email address that is provided on there website and also on social media and did not receive any response from them. I was them told that the website was not in use anymore and to try a different email address, I did that and was told that my parcel would be sent that weekend and guess what it wasn't sent again. It then took another email to get my parcel sent we hen I received this parcel it was not what I ordered so I had to get back in touch for them to send another parcel to me and that also wasn't what I had ordered in the end they sent a 3rd parcel with what I had ordered, I did receive a full refund as they had messed me about so much but the whole experience was absolutely shocking. I would never use this company again

Absolutely blown away by the products used so far, and if these are anything to go by then the rest are going to be insane!! The scent is strong and filling the house with just a few of the mini hearts. Fully converted and won't be using anything else. Friendly business and customer service is fab. X

Today I received a glass jar of heart wax melts form The Secret Wax Melt Company. To be honest I was even blown away with the beautiful glass packaging. Arriving safely from England to Northern Ireland.
The fragrance of my favourite perfume has filled not just my living room but my entire house all day. It has been wonderful. Not an overpowering scent though, just the perfect amount of deliciousness. It never becomes sickly.
I am huge fan of home fragrance and I have tried so many different companies over the years. I won’t be going anywhere else ever again now. Despite the quality (and quantity which is astounding value for money.) I love how they are handmade ethically from all natural ingredients. I also like the fact it is a small business and more personal. Not all created on a huge scale. They really are poured with love.
I am so excited to place my next order, but not sure how I will choose as there are literally about 100 fragrances. I also can’t wait to try their crystal candles. Thank you so much.

I have tried so many different wax melt and candle companies over the years. Yankee Candle, Darceys, Scentsy, you name them I have probably tried them.

I then came across the secret wax melt company and was instantly drawn to the no paraffin, soy, beeswax and the fact that they are eco friendly and vegan.

I purchased a couple of Reed diffusers, and wax melts. The difference was obvious straight away. The scent was phenomenal and filled the room. The melts seemed to last much longer than my usual brands, and above all else the diffusers didn’t start to discolour as time went on!

Recently they have introduced more to their range, so I tried their candle in sweet orange and chilli pepper. The scent fills the house and into the garden, yet isn’t over powering either. The burn is clean, and again just smells beautiful and is lasting much longer than other purchases from other brands.

I honestly will not buy from anywhere else. The customer service is exemplary. And you can see how much thought time and effort goes into making each of their products. They’re all hand made and presentation is gorgeous.

Gorgeous reed diffuser makes my home smell lush. Great price on refills.
