The property was unsafe and insecure

The property was unsafe and insecure - we had someone not staying in the property attempting to break into our room on the last night - and the support was non-existent for a traumatic experience. Avoid.

Poor hygiene standards and inadequate service

Poor hygiene standards and inadequate customer service

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at the apartment, we immediately noticed spiders in one of the bedrooms and the hallway. Despite notifying the company right away, it took several days for anyone to respond. When someone finally came, the problem was barely addressed: the cleaning staff simply swept the spiders onto the floor, leaving them in the apartment. Over the next few days, the spiders even spread into the living area. We eventually had to purchase insect spray and clean the place ourselves.

We had booked this apartment specifically because it had two bedrooms, so our daughter could have her own space. However, due to the insect problem, we were unable to use the second bedroom for multiple nights. Despite paying extra for this room, we couldn’t make use of it. To make matters worse, we later discovered cockroaches in the apartment as well.

We repeatedly asked for compensation for these issues, but our requests were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. The lack of urgency and failure to address the problem properly was extremely frustrating, and their customer service left a lot to be desired.

I would not recommend booking through this company unless they seriously improve their standards and responsiveness to guest concerns.

Our team took immediate steps to address the concerns, but we regret that these efforts did not completely alleviate the problem.

We understand how important a clean and comfortable environment is, especially when booking a property for your family. While we acted quickly, we recognize that the situation could have been managed more effectively to ensure your satisfaction.

When arriving , the apartment had been booked to others for the same period

The apartment We booked was booked at the same period to other persons and when We arrived the apartment was occupied
We booked through booking and the persons booked through AIrbnb
We called the customer service of thesharingco and the phone was unavailable
The calls were not returned
We waited more than 3 hours on the sidewalk
We were obliged to book an hotel in order to have a place to stay

We are sorry to read such a negative review considering that we provided all instructions to access the property in written before your arrival. To our understanding, you must have misunderstood our instructions since you clearly went to the wrong door. According to the log of our electronic lock, the apartment that you reserved was empty and nobody accesed it since the cleaner left it 3 days prior to your arrival. There is also no trace of you trying to dial the access code.
Furthermore, instead of trying to find a solution with us, through the various emails and messages we exchanged or over the phone when we spoke, or booking, you chose to go to a hotel, which is why a full cancellation fee was charged not only by us but also by booking.
We are sorry you had such a bad experience, and above all that we did not get the chance to assist you and give you access to the property you booked.

Modern studio ideal for a short stay in Malaga

Well equipped, modern thoughtful decor, great big windows to give a sense of space. Good proximity to old town. Kitchen and washing machine.. useful welcome pack with washing up liquid etc!
