Joke of a website

Placed my order about 10 days before my wifes birthday for an item she would love. Got an email from UPS with tracking number and was happy out thinking it would be delivered very soon. After 2 days I got another email saying that the item was our of stock and would not be available until well after my required delivery date. They gave me a 20% code for my next order which is worthless as it does not apply to sale items and 99% of items in their shop website are on sale. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, what a shambles of a business you guys are operating. At least have the decency to state that items are actually out of stock as most reputable businesses do. i will never darken your door again and will tell anyone who will listen to me to do the same. Shame on you

Ordered 2 bottles of Drumshambo gin…

Ordered 2 bottles of Drumshambo gin directly from TJ Rigney T/A The Shed Distillery in Leitrim to the UK. Delayed despatch for no reason for 7 days. Now UPS state they won't deliver as TJRigney didnt supply a Commercial Invoice! TJ Rigney do not respond to my messages. A total shambles from start to finish. Never again.
