I finally received my order after 9 days, so everything arrived in the end — but the communication was very slow. I didn’t get any updates for several days after placing the order.
Also, the tobacco packs were very sticky, and each one was marked with a black marker in a way that made it hard to read. Overall, it’s okay, but the service and packaging could definitely be improved.
Avoid!!!Placed an order a few weeks ago but nothing then they made up a lame excuse and said I’ll get a refund but still nothing!!! It’s been weeks!!
