Ordered from here and didn’t like the products so returned them, never received any money back emails were ignored repeatedly very poor service

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
Ordered over a month ago. Takes over a week to get a response to emails. Given a tracking number with royal mail but royal mail say they haven't received it. The Shoe Stop say they have put in a claim with royal mail and will get back to me within a week. That was 2 weeks ago and not heard back!!!!I don't think I'll ever get a refund or receive the products!

Do not order from here. No communication, I have tried emailing, messaging direct on Instagram, and also live chat on their website, with no response. My order has never turned up, it’s been over a month. But they took my money.
