We hired the x25 silent disco headphones for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Ordering, delivery and set up were all so well explained and communication was brilliant. The headphones were such a hit with her friends… they had a great evening.

Pick up was a little chaotic, with / missed pick ups from the delivery providers, but no fault of silent disco company. They were picked up the following day.

Overall great service and great fun! Highly recommend!

Such a fun experience. The team were so responsive to our inquiries in the run up to our event (private birthday party), and the equipment was fantastic - the sound quality is brilliant and they provided very clear set up instructions - it was so easy.

I hired the silent disco for a birthday weekend away and it was absolutely brilliant! 🎧🪩
The communication from start to finish was spot on, really helpful and made everything so easy to organise.
The setup was simple, the sound quality was great, and everyone loved being able to switch between channels. It made the night so much fun!
It really made our party and I’ll 100% be using the silent disco company again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Silent Disco Company were excellent. Their customer service team were responsive, helpful and informative. The delivery arrived as stated, all equipment in excellent condition and they were accommodating with our unique circumstances for return. As first-time users our experience couldn’t haven’t gone better and we will recommend and use them again in future.

We hired the silent disco equipment for a small annual gathering of friends not knowing whether it would really work for a small group. OMG what an amazing time we had with it all. Comments were that we're never going to top that for entertainment value. The whole ordering, delivery, usage abd return process was exceptionally easy. Great communication with the team at the SDC, all the way through. We called for some technical support when we were setting up, mainly because we were being a bit thick bluetoothing to the transmitter, the support was easy, accessible and helpful. Very easy set up and instructions. Thoroughly recommend if you like a good old dance and sing song. Thanks SDC, excellent service.

We hired a karaoke machine from silent disco group . Excellent communication and friendly customer service . It was all very straight forward and convenient from the booking , to delivering and collection . The system was high quality and made the party go in full swing ! Thank you , would highly recommend .

Worked out as very reasonable cost wise as an activity for a hen do, everyone enjoyed it, prompt and easy delivery and collection. Great customer service when had a query. Great instructions and easy to use. Great booking process, and regular updates prior to date of booking .

We used the Silent disco company for a Hen doo and what a fantastic company they were. The equipment we used were perfect and easy to set up, even with someone who isn't very tech like myself i could easily follow the instructions. I even called the silent disco company on the Friday during set up and nothing was too much trouble they were very friendly and easy to talk to. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be using them again .

So easy to order and receive our silent disco headphones with this company! Highly recommend! We got an hour slot on the morning of delivery really easy to set up and pack down then sane procedure for pick up! It was the highlight of my hen do would do this again in a heart beat!!

I cannot recommend The Silent Disco company more - especially Steph. Their customer service and product are second to none. Everything is quick, simple and easy to understand, and you get to speak with an actual person. They have supported me on two charity events now, and on the current one, they saved my bacon when I left it to the last minute to book the equipment. I will be back, and I strongly recommend it to anybody else who is organising a silent disco.

Everything is offered in one very simple package which anyone can operate. Very much a plug and play experience. Our favourite supplier for silent disco events!!

Efficient and friendly service - as a school able to be flexible with payment ,delivery and collection times.
Equipment was in good clean condition and worked well.
Courier Service worked ok.

We hired karaoke and silent disco for a hen weekend. It was the best thing we did. Was delivered on time and packed well. Setting up was very simple. Then the fun began and lasted well into the next morning. Easy to pack away and collection was simple. Definitely hiring again.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough, silent disco was hired for a surprise 60th and was absolutely brilliant. Delivered and collected from my home, couldn’t have been easier, would not hesitate to use them again
