I received a monstera plant that…

I received a monstera plant that was likely just wrecked by the cold. But as soon as I reached out to customer service to tell them of the state of the plant I had received, they responded promptly and kindly. They said they would send out a replacement the next day and did so. It was delayed due to the Holidays but we received our plant and it was in much better shape this go around. We overall very satisfied with the service provided.

Beautiful orchid.

The plant is beautiful and in good condition. Communication regarding shipping was good and accurate regarding arrival date. This was a gift to a friend, and the gift note was not included.

Got two amazing plants, now dead

Got two amazing plants. Carefully made sure before purchase that the plants would be able to thrive at my home. Great. Got the plants, had them out about a month. Overnight leaves dropped like flies. Followed more care instructions. One of the two plants started regrowth, then started to die off again. Paid for a longer appointment (had I known it would be 10 minutes I wouldn’t have). Received and followed more care instructions. Paris seemed to believe the conditions would be fine. Follow, follow, follow, both completely dead. About $200+ in plants, care, support, and potting needs gone in a month.

Excellent Service

Shipping and delivery was quick and mostly without issues. One of the plants was in very bad shape, but once I contacted customer service, the issue was resolved in a friendly and timely manner.

The Pony TailPalm is beautiful

The Pony TailPalm is beautiful. I like the black Grant pot but the plant sits low in it. I’m going to put some stone in the bottom to move it up until it grows more. I love the curl in the leaves. It’s just gorgeous thank you. It was a beautiful birthday present.

Ordered faux plants... but...

Ordered faux plants then received an email that my plants were being held back because cold weather would affect them. FAUX plants? I called in and they apologizsed and said they would send immeciately. One of the plants was shipped in a "Live Plant" box so maybe that was the problem. My faux plant are great and I would order again.
