Kevin was an outstanding trainer and explained everything in detail and made sure we had a clear understanding of first aid. Would highly recommend as I have been to numerous 1st Aid courses over the last 20 years and this is by far the best one yet

We had Kevin join us here at People's Postcode Lottery to train our team on a one-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification. It was clear from the start of the session that Kevin had vast knowledge and experience regarding first aid. His delivery and teaching methods are really engaging and interactive which supported the group when completing group and practical exercises. I can't recommend this training highly enough and that is down to Kevin's training style and willingness to see people succeed.

This is the most impactful first aid course I have taken, haven taken away more information and value that any other course.
This is a great refresher for those who have done first aid before but are looking to learn more, and it is a fun, informative introduction to first aid for those doing it for the first time.

The Skillzone is a very well equipped first aid learning environment with Kevin Lynch who is a very knowledgeable articulate and professional Instructor.
Having been on numerous courses before this is the first hands on practical training experience with a Defibrillator and Epi Pen .
Which has given me the confidence to use in my everyday work life if ever required .

Very informative course within a comfortable environment. Kevin lynch was very patient and skilled at delivering his training. I enjoyed hands on training at delivering CPR and learning lots of procedures about administering first aid. This course has definitely given me confidence and would highly recommend this training.

Overall a good course, well presented by kevin, relaxed and informative , great communication and delivery of subject. Kevin was willing to listen and discuss various topics.

Kev is a genuine down to earth great guy who has a great way of teaching people through a relaxing and enjoyable environment. He has great knowledge of first aid and is keen to share that knowledge with others. His techniques of showing how to do first aid is flawless and well executed. He explained everything really well and has given me the knowledge and confidence to help someone who is in need of first aid.

Fabulous First Aid training from Kev, made me feel very relaxed when I was anxious about everything I had to learn. He made learning fun, easy and enjoyable bringing all participants in the group together where we had a common goal. The atmosphere was one of open questions and nothing was an issue especially when some of us needed elements of the training repeated. I didn’t think for one moment in my past that I would ever be a First Aider yet here I am thanks to Kev.

Kev is a great guy with tremendous talent and attitude. A Thoughtful, sympathetic guy who’s shows empathy when required. Students feel at ease during his session and take a huge amount of information in from Kev, using his own experiences as examples. Keep up the good work.

Firstly Kevin is a gifted public speaker and knows how to put a team at ease, me and my colleagues will no longer will feel anxious in a first aid situation. What a experience in being reassured your with a proper and competent training team, what they know about first aid is so refreshing and very attentive to your needs in all situations of work that allows you to understand others needs in different sectors of work social care, factory, hospital, and retail very enjoyable and rewarding fantastic team of trainers and best providers made it fun, indulging, and very inclusive to questions .

I enjoyed it. Not too much reading on the slides, you kept it engaging. I get quite bored with trainers that don’t engage but was interested kept focused. Practical parts were fun, thought the bell activity was a good idea, kept us on our toes n kept the mood upbeat. Spot on, really enjoyed the day and meeting Kevin.
