One happy customer!
I love The Skin Science Company! I’ve been ordering regularly from them for a few years now and they’ve consistently delivered high quality products, timely delivery, fair prices and great service.
Over the years I’ve noticed a big variety of oils, serums, powders, bases etc be added to their product lines which makes it a one stop shop for me - All being ethically sourced and of the highest quality, organic etc.
The fact they’re an Australian company is an added bonus.

Product not as expected
Product I received looks nothing like I thought it will. Body butter is semi liquid. After speaking to customer service it turns out it is refined in some way. I wish there was a more accurate description of it on the website. Product smells nice like coco butter, but is quite oily, whipping helps with the texture. However I was looking for a pure unrefined Cupuaçu butter ( which seems to be unobtainable in Australia). Responsive customer service so bonus points for that.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Completely misleading! Purchased 500 ml of pure lavender essential oil. Was not essential oil and did not even smell like lavender. No phone number to contact them. Hopeless. Beware don’t get scammed.
