Ordered replacement tips. Said they had been dispatched. Waited 3 weeks so asked for a refund. Received refund but no reason given as to why I never received them. Very disappointed.

Faulty goods
Faulty item received and although the company agreed refund and to supply a returns label this never happened with multiple chasing up, the issue is still unresolved and the company is now ignoring myself
Ordered this almost 4 weeks ago…
Ordered this almost 4 weeks ago with the website saying it was in stock. As others have said they have sent an email confirming the delay but no email was received. Now not getting back to any of my emails with a response for a simple update.
UPDATE 28/08: My bank is having to deal with a claim back which Smartbud is refusing. Still no product and would not want now.
Great product
Great product, I've tried other similar products but they don't come close to this.

I’m Despite showing the product being in stock when I placed the order it took two weeks to finally receive it and multiple times of chasing them up with different time frames. When the ear bud was finally dispatched it arrived quickly. If Smartbud had kept me informed I would have been happier. But I am very happy with the product itself.
Two months later - no delivery
Two months later - still no product or any estimated delivery date. Something is badly amiss with this company. Order elsewhere and save yourself the hassle I’m having!
Taking orders (and cash) knowing they have no stock
I have ordered before and been really happy, so I didn't check Trustpilot for the order I made at the start of June. Big mistake. I, like the others on here from January (!), got an odd looking mail that the stock was delayed. Now two weeks on I am getting mails asking to review my delivery that I haven't received. I mailed them and they have no stock and are waiting for it apparently. So despite taking an order in June and promising two to three day deliveries, they have been repeatedly taking our orders (and money) with full knowledge that they cannot fulfil them. If this was a legit company, they would just put out of stock on their website for items - not take our cash with the knowledge that they can't complete the transaction. And on here it says that they have been doing this since January!
After 6 weeks asked for refund
Ordered smartbud,waited and waited.emailed no reply,emailed again eventually told that a message was sent that were out of stock and were waiting for next lot that message had gone in junk. No message in junk but regardless after another 3 weeks of waiting asked for a refund which they stated I'd had refund but didn't go into account until today.
Without a message again where I asked where it was.
I wouldn't use. Unless you want to lose.
Smartbud that I saw on social media for once exceeded expectations.
The product is packed well, the whole experience is that you are receiving a quality product. The devices are well made and do what they say on the tin. I bought the water flusher ear cleaner and also the the ear cleaner smartbud itself, I bought the mk1 version then took the option to upgrade at a reduced price to the mk2. Both are excellent, you will be happy with your purchase.

Ordered in April. Mid June still waiting. No responses to emails and they took my money. Fraudsters. Don’t order with them.

Disappointing
Received one part of my order but the other items turned out to be out of stock, despite my money being taken. Disappointing as it should be shown to be unavailable on the website. They've had some shipping issues but this needs to be made clear to customers. I waited well over a month for the rest of my order then requested a refund which thankfully was processed. I'd ordered through PayPal which gave me some protection if they hadn't have refunded me. To give them some credit, I did receive responses to my emails.

I placed an order for a Smartbud ear cleaner. This was following my first one no longer working after limited use but I did like the product when I first got it and it worked so was happy to purchase another.
I ordered on the 27th May 2025 and received an email on the 28th May 2025 to advise that it had been dispatched by Royal Mail. No tracking number was provided so I awaited its arrival patiently.
The item didn’t turn up so I sent an email. Didn’t get a response. So I then contacted them via their online form. I got a response advising that the first response must have went into my junk (I can confirm there is no first email in my junk!)
The response was that the item is currently out of stock and they are awaiting more stock.
The website currently shows the item in stock and they have not marked it as being out of stock at any point. The website currently is advertising that this will be delivered in 2 days time.
Shocking customer service, If the item is out of stock it should say so on the website and customers should not be getting sent dispatched notifications when their item has infact not been dispatched.

Order never arrived
Ordered a replacement Smartbud to replace my broken one on 12th May. Money taken from my account and have had emails to say it’s on its way (weeks ago). Nothing has arrived and no response to any emails sent to support. Very disappointed and would recommend not buying from this company

I found out how much wax and dry skin is in your ear and cleaning with smart bud leaves your ears so much better
FRAUD - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
After ordering the SmartBud Ear Cleaner on May 5th 2025 I am still waiting on the item….I was emailed from some ‘random’ support email which didn’t seem legit at all and was told that even though they were still accepting orders they had actually sold out of the item. I was then told that they would ship within 5 days and I would receive a Tracking number. Well….I’m still waiting… After numerous emails that fell on deaf ears I am going to be reporting the company as fraudulent and requesting full refund and compensation! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Good product, awful customer service
I do think the Smartbud product is great - my first one got loads of use and was brilliant, until the dog chewed it. I tried to order another on 12th May, order went through, then I had an email to say they didn't have stock and would send as soon as possible. Finally on 3rd June I have just received a refund for the order but no contact other than that. Terrible customer service, don't waste your time trying to order!!
