TheSmelter is a great company! Good prices, good equipment (updated regulary) solid customer service, and needing customer service is very rare.
I've been using TheSmelter for Minecraft, ARK, and Empyrion servers since Feb 2014. I found them after a year+ of ongoing frustration with serveral other server companies who had never seen an explanation of "customer service".
After having a bad experience with a different game server hoster. I can't speak more highly of these guys. My Dayz Mod Server worked straight out of the box with Epoch ready to go and upgrade at the touch of a button (had overpoch etc options to). Addons installed perfectly and caused no issues.
The couple questions I did have while adding some of my own tweaks were answered quickly and politely by The Smelter Game Hosting team. Thanks Phil D.
