The Smoking Jacket has probably the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Sonal is a wonderfully helpful and welcoming manager and is so easy to chat with about orders. From visiting the shop in Earls Court a few times, I have seen the vast selection of liquor, wine and tobacco that is available for very reasonable prices. I wouldn’t shop anywhere for my tobacco.
