Excellent service and sofa! The delivery company kindly gave me a call ahead of arriving which was much appreciated. The sofa was well packaged and the material was protected by a dust cover in the box, and all the legs wrapped in bubble wrap.

The sofa itself is outstanding value for money - the fabric looks expensive and is a great concrete grey colour which is exactly what I was looking for. It was super easy to assemble and is now in place in my studio apartment. The seat is firm and offers good support to sit on - its really comfy.

Thank you to the team for your help with this order and the very swift turn around - excellent service.

I’ve got one word for this company - wow! As a new homeowner, sourcing furniture during the pandemic has been incredibly difficult, with many of the major retailers estimating delivery times for March 2021 at the earliest. I came across Sofa King online and decided to call them after viewing their product range. I spoke with Andy directly and told him what I was looking for. He came back within half an hour and informed me that they had 3+2 seater sofas available, and a king size bed and mattress - AND they could be delivered the day after I moved in. I placed my order immediately! All three items were delivered on time and assembled for me by the incredibly helpful Sofa King team. The sofas and bed are very high quality and look amazing in my new home. I am over the moon! I would recommend Sofa King without any hesitation and will be ordering more items from them in the very near future. Thank you for taking a lot of the stress out of my move, Sofa King!

I placed an order for items advertised as next day delivery, however it turned out the website hadn't been updated and there was no stock. My faith in the company was restored by Lee who took the time to find out what alternatives were available and once I had reselected the delivery came on the day I had requested.

They advertise next day delivery I received a week later.. I also didnt get am email confirmation, had to chase the order via text multiple times and I was beginning to think it was a scam. Eventually it got delivered and I am happy with the product however due to all the messing about I wouldn't order from here again.

I write this sitting on our brand new sofa in the kitchen - the first we've ever bought. Shortly after our order I had a phone call from somebody explaining that the sofa we wanted was out of stock and my heart sank. Instead they loaded up a far better quality sofa in a very similar style, delivered it for free the next day and even brought it in and set it up for me. Massively appreciated as I was in a motorcycle crash recently and need to avoid heavy lifting. Totally above and beyond and the sofa is incredibly comfortable too. Time will tell how hardwearing it is but it seems amazing quality, particularly given how little we paid. In due course we plan to order two more sofas for the living room. Thank you so much!
