FRAUD ALERT: THESOFTKING.COM IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. PERIOD.

I paid $299 for one of their scripts. The proof of the payment I made to them is clearly within my account on their website. I have the screenshot of it. They did not deliver the product to me. When I asked about the product, they asked me to produce a purchase code, which they did not give me as the product paid for was never delivered. A purchase code is usually included in the product delivered. I asked them, how can I give you a purchase code when you did not deliver the product to me? Thus, they refused to deliver the product I paid for. This company is a fraudulent company. Do not buy anything from this company unless you want to be defrauded like I was. I wish I read reviews online before paying them any money. I would not have been a victim of their fraud. Please, do not become a victim of these fraudsters like I was. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. PERIOD.

Their scripts are not working and their staff misbehaves post purchase. Don't purchase from them. They have copied and pasted concept of envato code canyon and are simply using envato's installers illegally. DONT BUY FROM THE SOFT KING THEY ARE SELLING CHEAP SUB STANDARD PRODUCTS AND ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY.

The Soft King is scumbag 100%, do not believe a single word that can brazenly lie, take your money and do nothing, avoid their scumbag services. Huddled through their skype: rifat636. appears only 2-3 hours a day, site support is just support that also lies.
I will briefly tell a very sad story, I wanted to order a completely unique script, they sell different licensed scripts, but I wanted a unique one, written for me, contacted them, they very skillfully turned me around, said they would make a completely unique script and that it would be mine in a month, paid on May 6, promised what they would do in a month, as a result they did not do in a month, a couple of days later they showed a demo of the licensed script that they have, started assuring me that this is what I wanted, I am not an expert by definition, but believed, paid for 2 part, a total of more than $2,000 was paid, they sent me a licensed script! Which cost $100 I began to resent and demanded money back, and they threatened me that if I was outraged, I would not receive the full version and should apologize to them, write on paper to photograph myself and that I had no complaints about them. it was a shock to me, as a result they sent me a converted licensed script that does not even work! a lot of mistakes, flaws, completely refused to correct mistakes, began to ignore me, I showed the script to the programmer professional, he said that I was deceived and scammed by TheSoftKing. this is completely not working script + another licence non-worked which sells for $100. I lost time and money! they do not refund any money and will lie and fool you. I can provide all the information proving that they are 100% fraudsters, scammers!

These people are scammers. That's why they were removed from Codecanyon. They sell you a script, then limit you from installing. If you ask them they will tell you to pay for installation yet they indicated that they will also do free installation. If you decline paying them, they will mute talking to you. they have hidden all database files.
I bought a script from them which had limited so many things contrary to what they had indicated on codecanyon. it was 4 days later after asking them they blocked me, deleted my account and revoked my license keys for the purchased scrip-t which is KingMatrix that costed $105.
Thirdly, these positive reviews you see here on trustpilot are all left by themselves. I know Labono, Najnin, Rahman, Mitun, Hossain, Abu there's one that i cant remember his name. Those guys are all their support team. I have screenshots to show you that. Infact its Najnin that blocked me, revoked my license and deleted my account, just 4 days after purchasing. Please let me know how i can send screenshots of all conversations.

These guys are conmen. i bought s script 3 days ago and i dont have access to database.i wanted to migrate the website to a different host but they want me to pay to be given access to my own database. funny..huh!
