TERRILE

TERRILE! AVOID! wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. They are keen to get your money but then fail to deliver goods or any level of customer service. I have been lied to twice about despatch (confirmed by courier) & wasted hours chasing my turf order & £ with landscapers on site a total of 4 days (each one we were promised delivery) waiting to lay. In the end I refused to accept delivery of 5 day old turf. No effort what so ever to put this problem right by the supplier who is abrupt at best (Mike). To add insult to injury I am still waiting for my £540 payment to be refunded a week later. Absolute disgrace of a business. Heed the bad reviews! They may be keen on price but it really isn't worth the hassle!

Shocking!!!!

Shocking!!!!! Customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across. Order was delivered (positive), but 2 days late (negative), order was left on the drive (positive), key issue...wrong order (very negative), when complained I was told what was delivered was better than I ordered! Problem is I wanted soil not peat! Be warned...stay away

Did an OK Job laying the Turf.... BUT....

Did a good job once they arrived! Promised Friday delivery and laying turf ended up being Tuesday! OK so it rained with high winds whilst they were laying the turf. The Guys that turned up to lay turf were iffy! They knocked on door around an hour after arriving to ask for a brew! We are a smallholding.... they left the gate almost every day, They left a KFC drinks cup on the newly laid lawn. One of the guys was caught smoking in the hay barn!! Couldn't believe that one - it could have been so dangerous and killed livestock & horses.! He also left the door of the barn open when they left. Caught one guy snooping around looking for a piece of metal because the rotovator had broken! This guy was the 'Jack the Lad' one & thought he was funny... he wasn't! All in all if you want to get a reasonable job done & are happy to accept postponements, put up with cheeky, disrespectful, rude lads who lay turf, who have little regard for the site they are working on then they are great!!!!!

Didn't deliver and then refunded my order!

Ordered 13 bags of play bark, the site allows numbers increasing from 01. Booked a delivery date, rang the company twice regarding access and size of vehicle to have no delivery.
When I contacted them I was informed that there was a minimum order of 15 bags. At no time was I given the opportunity to change my order, I was told my order should not have been accepted and my money had been refunded!
I am now left with no play bark and an unfinished garden!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give no stars I would. Arranged delivery two weeks in advance, I called 3 times to chase it up on the day of delivery and it never arrived. I called again the next day, they had no idea it hadn't been delivered and were very rude. Promised me a refund immediately and after 3 weeks I have still not received anything despite emails agreeing to process it. Robbery.

Ordered ton of top soil took my card…

Ordered ton of top soil took my card details but i chose cash on delivery fair enough. The order didnt turn up that day, i called them four times on the delivery day to be told it wont be long now, nothing came. I range the next morning early they said a wagon broke the bloke had an attitude no apologies or anything, well they could of informed me.
They said it would be delivered that morning, it never came got to 12.30 pm i rang again they said it was in area, by then my partner had had enough and asked them to cancel the order, it cost him to take the day off work a second time.
They were rude to him and said it can be there in 10 min, they didnt tell me that on the same call . Anyway the bloke said he will cancel it and before he hung up he said well i have your card details and put the phone down. We were meant to do cash on delivery.
upon speaking to other customers they tried to take £45 return fee even though it never came. As soon as my partner said, what the bloke said about my card i moved all money into savings and cancelled the card.
If you cancel a cash on delivery order they take £45 its happend to a lot of people we found out. Were lucky as the card was cancelled within 5 min of the end of call. BEWARE they do not turn up, fob you off then have the cheek to charge for something they caused!!! I have an invoice ready for the two days wages lost if they try to charge us and its more than what they want. Cowboy company
