Buying a house is probably the biggest spend of life and if its the 1st house, there are a lot of emotions and suspicions related to it. I always used to think that the 1st part which is seeing a house to buy is simple and then comes the 2nd part(difficult bit) of arranging the deposit,mortgage and continuous discussions and follow ups with the Seller's Solicitor.
Luckily we had Kush for the 2nd part.
