Disappointing Post-Sale Service: A Return Process Designed to Frustrate customer so that he take it back and keep it or throw to dustbin. But they not willing to refund.

My experience with The Souled Store has been deeply disappointing, not because of the product alone, but also due to a completely broken and frustrating return process, handled by their courier partner, Delhivery. While a company’s quality is often judged by its products, the true test of its values is how it handles customer service when things go wrong. In this area, they have failed spectacularly.

Here is a factual breakdown of my attempt to return a product under their own policy:

Three No-Shows: After initiating a return, the pickup was scheduled and then missed by the Delhivery courier. This didn't happen just once, but on three separate occasions. Each time, I waited, and each time, no one showed up, and no communication was offered. Fake reported by Delhivery that I was not there whereas my office is daily open and they never came to pickup return.

Pointless Follow-Ups: I proactively reached out to both The Souled Store and Delhivery to report the failed pickups and seek a resolution. Despite my efforts, the situation remained unchanged, with the responsibility seemingly passed between the two companies.

Unnecessary Hurdles: After the repeated failures of their own logistics partner, the burden of proof was shifted back to me. I was asked to email photographs of the product with its tags intact, a step I complied with immediately, even though the problem was their inability to pick up the item.

I find their return policy and provisions looks like fake. Such cheap business shall not be done by any store owner.
A good company's return policy is a promise by them to their customer. In my case, this promise was broken by a logistical nightmare and a customer service process that seems designed to exhaust the customer into giving up. It is unacceptable to expect a customer to endure missed appointments and then jump through additional hoops caused by the company’s own operational failures.

Potential buyers should be aware of this. While the products might seem appealing, the post-sale support is unreliable. I cannot recommend a company that does not respect its customers' time or its own service commitments.

I might file chargeback and follow up with legal complaint against such a fake business practice.

Worst return experience! Initiated a return on 12th Feb, but the pickup never happened. Delivery agent ignored calls, and customer support keeps repeating the same scripted responses without solving the issue. Frustrating and unprofessional service. Think twice before ordering!

Customer since 2019 , have been using their tshirts and other products , their quality has stood the test of time , infact they are the one of the best tshirt manufactures that i can recommmend blindly to some friends ,but as of my recent experience there is a dip in fabric quality and perfomance in certain products , i still hope that they can do better , as they have maintained those quality in their products for a good time , which most other brnads fail to do overtime , might change my review / star rating if i find their quality gets worse after a year or so .
