My son loves anything glow in the dark, so asked for the pacman arcade air hockey for him for Xmas.
On the back it specifically says glow in the dark surface and glow in the dark puck.
This is not the case at all, might seem petty but as it was the main selling point for us, it's worth a mention.
2 stars as we can play despite the misleading box.

I was given a LED weather station for Christmas easy enough to set up. It became easier and easier to set up, the longer I had it the more times a day I had to re set. The reset buttons either didn’t work at all or worked erratically. After three months of daily resets I have conceded defeat. Oh! and nobody answers the phone number given.out.

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered an item from Boots the Chemist, not realizing that they would take no responsibility for the item when it didn't arrive (May 2024). I had no idea I was going through a secondary company- The SOURCE WHOLESALE UK! When I contacted Customer Services at Boots, they just politely referred me to the Source telling me.....
"After looking into your order, I can see that the order contains what we call dropship items which are sent from the manufacturer's warehouse instead of our own. Unfortunately, this means we are not able to track the order on our side therefore I will provide you with the supplier’s details so you can contact them regarding the status of your order.

However:
1. I am just referred back to The Virtual Assistant!
2. When I wrote a poor review to Boots the Chemist about the non arrival of my item they told me "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" They did not publish the review! So no warning to other potential buyers. However, I shall keep trying.
Good news… hopefully! The Source has now responded and said they’re looking into this and did I want a refund or a replacement…so fingers crossed!

Ordered via boots, not delivered, no contact
I'm now trying to find an actual phone number for them.
Will never order from this company again.

Put in an order on 5.1.23 through Boots.com and item never received even though said posted on 17.1.23, contacted boots and was informed to contact the source myself which I did by email on 25.1.23 never got a reply so contacted boots again and was told to phone them but number given not registered. So no item no contact and no way of contacting them.
