I’m writing this as a warning to others. This company is being reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent activity. The store is completely untraceable. I attempted to purchase the prank money holder cards, but they were stuck in Ireland for weeks. Despite submitting an inquiry to their website’s “contact us” section, I received the same automated response regardless of my questions. This company is a scam! Do not be deceived!

Shit. Absolute shit place to shop. They use a courier called aramex Australia. Who take 3weeks to get your goods from Melbourne to Perth. Pathetic work ethic. Appalling service all round.

christmas tree advertising,bushy,snow tipped ,pinecones,LED lights, everything i wanted so brought it $124.99 big w market place,ooh yes🙄😡 received my tree no lights ,,pissed me right off,,, seller says you have to buy lights separately 30 percent refund offered or 10 dollars back ,,not bloody happy, could have got a cheaper tree with no lights

My first purchase was a store online from adelaide, outdoor tool box, had seen TV ads so checked them out online and bought a 3 in one mower trimmer, tracking number never worked, currently seeking help for refund from the bank. Found the same item on Kogan and bought that well what a nightmare, wrong tracking number given, when they gave me a different number its been from launceston to sydney to launceston back to sydney, aramex say there is no parcel, thanks to Kogan I received a refund today ONLY because I told the seller the splendid store that i wanted to buy the same item elsewhere, and that I did, I bought one off Big W, Im a glutton for punishment arent I only to find out its the same damn store again Splendid my a***e. oh within hours we have an aramex tracking number but once again aramex say it doesnt exist, here we go again. Ive written to Kogan asking them why they let scammers on their site. i will use my store credit and never buy off there again if they are going to let scammers advertise. Now to start the battle with Big W

Purchase a No Pull Dog harness.
Used their size guide, which was small for neck and medium for chest.
Received harness, seems good but is to large, the neck adjustment is not right.
I contacted customer support, wanting to return the M for a small, I was told "the size sent was consistent with original order - Could you consider giving it to others?

I don’t know how a Company like big W is associated with this junkie Company I will never buy from big W online again. My product arrived crushed unusable not fit for purpose and did not work and they wanted me to send it back at my expense when it was free postage in the first place. They even had the audacity to offer a half refund and let me keep the product. What do I want with a product that doesn’t work? Give me my money.

Purchased an item.for Christmas on the 6th December, looked like local supplier, promised delivery for Christmas. Its now the 29th and the parcel hasn't left China. Won't buy from again.

I purchased this garment on your tiktok shop that was under the name splendstore NOT floricy. On your tiktok you used another influencers video (no angel) I have now found out and reported you to her small independent business. This is a disgusting act ripping customers off, mis-selling and using an independent businesses post for your advantage! I will be posting on all social media's what you are doing and hoping no one else falls for this SCAM!

I will ask one more time refund my full amount if not I will be leaving this in the hands of PayPal.

It's true folks, got scammed 66$ for mosquito device 3 weeks and nothing, stay away report to bank

Ordered some kid's toys about 2-3 weeks ago now and felt strange why the payment required international online shop authority when it's an 'AU online store' but still proceeded with transaction. Still have not received anything to date. Tried visiting the website again today and it no longer exists. Do NOT trust this online store, it's a hoax!

Like all other reviews, I ordered a product in mid December 2022 and have heard nothing from them since. Am unable to contact and me most recent email bounced. Seems they have closed up shop

Bought a $66 mosquito device and it is now three weeks later. Still no item and no replies to email or Facebook Messenger.

This company is a scam stay far away, I was buying this item for my newborn baby to be safe, but people like the ones that run this company, do not care other than stealing your money.

If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered an electric cordless mop in December. It's the end of January and I still haven't received it or been able to contact them.

Product never arrived. I wish I checked reviews prior to ordering as it seems splendid store australia is in fact a fraud.

To start ot says it's aust co, but product cones from overseas, it's taken over a fortnight and still no product. There response time is shocking, they don't seem to answer your questions for days. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Horrible experience
