I don’t know what made me subscribe your company, i placed an order for some tools which i found in an add then suddenly I found out that i subscribed your company and there is tow payments taken from my account each on is 9 usd. I hope that the money will be refunded as soon as possible.

I was charged €2 without my knowledge for a subscription and then had attempted transactions from my card, thankfully I did not have sufficient funds in my Monzo card. I had never heard of this company, do not shop from abroad online and have no interest in their products but they continually told me it had to be me as their system only takes intentional payments and I would have authorised it. Well, I didn't. They would not accept or acknowledge that a scammer stole my details online. I found this very strange how they insisted it was me and not showing understanding of having fraudulent activity on my card. It was as if they were protecting themselves. The funny thing is, I had the same 2 Euro payment without my knowledge taken from another site called outspacenow.com. They operate in exactly the same way with exactly the same system, their chatbot says the same things and their email formating is precisely the same. Moreover, they have the precise same mailing address in Cyprus. (Mariou Tritoftidi, 37, Hadjikyriakos Court 1, flat/office 7 Limassol 3115 Cyprus) When challenging them and thesportous.com they denied knowing the other company and say they have never heard of them, though they share the same address. They say they are an independent company and not affiliated with any other company. Something very suspicious.
Now, it is making some sense, since people here have shared that they entered some draw online and instantly a subscription was made on their behalf without their knowledge and then further payments were taken. Clearly these two companies are one and they use clever tactics to withdraw people's funds without their knowledge though somehow cover themselves by also operating legitimately and having good customer service replying right away. Although I am still waiting for this compay to reply after two days. The other company replies almost immediately. I have family living near the area of their mailing address and coukd be easily checked out. If this company has taken 2 Euro without your consent but do it through you entering some draw online that has nothing to do with them but offer to refund you right away and has good customer service. Please do not only mention the good part about their customer service and refund when writing a review. Also mention if you did not intentionally join any memberships or purchase a gift card.

I had an issue with a subscription I didn’t fully understand, but the customer support team, especially Marvin and the escalation team, handled it quickly and professionally. They approved a refund even though it was outside normal policy. Very helpful and responsive!
