Unfortunate report experience
I was recommended this practice and a number of other dental practices by a dentist friend. Professor Yar and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The practice main computer system was not working at my visit. I was happy with my initial visit, although there were delays and costings were not provided as I had received at initial consultations with 2 other dental practices I had visited.
2 emails from The Square requested feedback, but since I had not received the report and costs, I felt this was too early. I rang to chase the report after 7 days and again after 14 days. When I received the report, that afternoon it did not tally with the number of implants that were verbally discussed with Prof. Yar. The report had not been properly checked prior to issue and contained spelling errors. Also costs were higher than the other dental practices.
I tried to respond to the email inviting feedback, however this was not accessible after the report was received.
I also tried to ring Prof Yar to discuss the report and query why the number of implants had changed but his phone was unanswered and there was no message facility.
I would imagine Prof Yar does very good Dental surgery, since I have read many positive reviews, and he was recommended by a friend. I imagine I have probably been unlucky to have a rare unfortunate report experience.
