The Squiggle Box is a monthly subscription box for neurodivergent adults and teens in the UK. Each box is put together by me, Emma. I'm a child psychotherapist and a late-diagnosed neurodivergent mum. I've been through burnout more than once. I built The Squiggle Box because I kept meeting people like me. People who put themselves last. People with nothing left, sometimes before the day has even started. Every month, your Squiggle Box arrives with art materials, sensory fidgets, a treat, and a three-page insert written by me as a psychotherapist. The insert includes a letter, a simple art activity with reflection prompts, and a short article on that month's theme. This is not a craft kit. It's not about making something perfect. It's about giving yourself permission to play, rest, and create without pressure and without productivity guilt. The Squiggle Box is made for neurodivergent adults and teens. That includes ADHD, autistic and AuDHD people, and anyone who is self-diagnosed, late-diagnosed, or still exploring. Many of our subscribers are women, mums, and people recovering from burnout. Some are parents supporting neurodivergent teenagers who want something calming to share together. Everything in the box is chosen with sensory needs in mind. No mess. No overwhelm. Play, wonder, and curiosity aren't just for children. Adults need them too, and you deserve them. The Squiggle Box is not a replacement for professional support. It sits alongside it. It's there for the days when you've got nothing left. Subscribers also get VIP access to The Squiggle Society, our online community, with spaces to share your art, connect, and take part in monthly themes together. We're a small UK business. Boxes are packed with care and posted by Royal Mail. If you ever need help, you can reach us at hello@thesquigglesociety.com and a real person will reply. Squiggles, Emma x
