I submitted everything and paid in order to get my company registered. I received an email the next day that said:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to process the application at this time. Your refund has been issued and the money should be back in your account within 3-5 working days."

I was confused by this and emailed back asking for more information. I wanted to know what the issue was so I could rectify if and get the company set up.

This is the second email I received, essentially a word-for-word copy of the first:

"We are unable to process the application at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

There was no name on either email.

This company is a joke. I have never in my life encountered such appalling customer service. They have a shiny glitzy website promising the world and they deliver nothing as the other review on here confirms.

Take your business elsewhere; I certainly am.

They say '12 hour turnaround'. This is not the case. There is usually a 3-5 day gap between every conversation. Do not use them if you want to get your company opened in less than 30 days. I will never use them again. Save your money and register the company on your own. This is not an expedited service, if anything, the opposite.
