Sent me wrong stuff twice not happy with this company

Would have given 5 stars but I placed my order for an item showing in stock but it apparently was not and it was the only item on the order that prompted the order being placed. They did offer something at same price but it was not to my liking and didn't offer another item after the first was rejected, I ended up choosing other items to equal the price instead of canceling my order to be easy. I may order again, not totally disappointed they did ok working with me.

Had an inconvenience with the order, but thestashshack sent a replacement in place of the wrong order. Recommend this to everyone who wants vape accessories and a shack for the stash ! Cheers

Lied about when my package was shipped out....just be honest and there wouldn’t have been any problem. Never returned my calls and they never answer when you call, you get a voice mail that you can’t even understand! Customer service is so unprofessional, will not do business with again.

Bought this G Pen for my buddy who was an avid cart smoker to help him transition into the dab game. Great quality build with a good price and serves it's purpose with flavorful dry dabs. I recommend to anyone trying to get into dabbing but is hesitant about making the switch or is on a budget.

The engagement between customer and vendor was effective and frequent and any problems were solved easily, even under the circumstances of COVID-19. Any inquiry was answered quickly through either text or email. An issue occurred when receiving the product, which may not be attributed solely to the vendor. An atomizer's glass base was broken, effectively making it unusable. The battery ordered and the other atomizer work as intended. There were no other issues and the glass atomizer may have been broken in transit, which is disappointing given it was one of three items ordered. Regardless, given the situation I appreciated the thorough process. I am unsure of the vendor's policy on this manner and so I contacted their generally responsive support. I received a replacement shortly after. Thanks!

Great product. One of the best travel collector out there. I the best bled of duribilty and pack ability. Recommend getting the quartz nail for her. Shipped quick and on time. Prefect for those dabs on the go.

Good site selection and customer service. During the pandemic a lot of sites in the vaping world haven't done a good job of communicating with customers kudos to stashshack for being one of the companies doing business the right way. During these times people expect delays but they also expect quality service.
