Had my oven 12 years and still as good as the day I bought it. Great company to deal with

Pizza oven good, buying experience, not so good. The pizza oven itself is really nice, lovely addition to the garden and having fun learning how best to cook in it. There’s a bit of a lip where the base joins in the middle that is a little annoying and there were a couple of small chunks out of the inner opening, but otherwise all good. Just be warned, it is extremely heavy and lifting it onto the metal base takes a minimum of 4 strong adults. Unfortunately the whole buying experience was not the best. The delivery company that they use didn’t deliver on the specified date between 9-5pm, choosing to change the delivery date at 5.10pm to be for the next day. No email or communication, I only realised after continuously checking the tracking page on the website. They finally delivered the oven at 6.10pm the following day, which is annoying as I had 4 people available to help carry the oven in on the specified day, and at the time of delivery it was just me, meaning I had to leave it on the curb and phone around relatives to wangle some help (it weighs 200-300kgs). Then the base package was missing 4 bolts and 8 washers, meaning it could not be put together. I had already emailed the company a couple of times about delivery with no reply, and tried again using email and a contact form to let them know about the missing items. No reply. I tend to use email as I can’t use my phone at work easily. However, I had to call and spoke to a lovely lady who told me I was the 3rd person this week who had bolts and washers missing and that they would be sent out. 10 days later, no washers/bolts, so I called again. She told me she would look into it and call me back in 10 minutes. After 2 hours, I drove to screwfix and spent a further £20 on a washer/bolt set and finally got to work on construction. The next day, someone called saying they were going to send the missing items out, I told them not to bother as I had brought the bits myself. The next day the washers and bolts arrived special delivery. 🤦‍♀️

The cover was not great fitting for the pizza oven, not worth £64

The oven is great however £50 in delivery and the box gets dumped on your drive in the rain and no real tracking available other than the day, and no prior knowledge of the day is not great!

Pizza oven arrived safely and on time. I would have given it 5 stars but I requested the delivery to be made to different address as the access to my property is tight. The delivery driver phoned me when he couldn't get down the lane and was happy to deliver to my requested address half a mile away.

Parcel received as expected but one item was missing which I still haven’t received two weeks later!

We are really delighted with our Vento oven. The entire service, from initial enquiries , through prompt delivery and then supply of accessories and advice afterwards has been really excellent.
The whole project has taken time to complete, but the clear online instruction pack for self builders has really helped us achieve exactly what we had hoped for. Thanks very much.
