First Time Storage Unit Rental
Lanijah made the entire experience amazing. She showed me several size units and assisted me throughout the process. She even showed me how to use the locks which I purchased on site to secure the unit I rented. I was ver uneasy about using a storage unit, but Lanijah reassured me of the safety of having personal belongings in a storage unit. She is truly an asset to your company.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, the reason for the 2 stars I was lost trying to find the elevator to exit no signs at all to know where to find it, the nice lady her name starts with a L can't remember it she printed out a map so I would know where to find the elevator plus it's no dumpster to throw your trash.
